Serves him right!! imagine blowing up millions on a monstrosity like that just to show off to the world how rich you are..geez the amount of money these billionaires waste on their ego trips could be put to much better use to help improve the lot of the less privileged ones.. if only they had empathy and compassion along with the billions!!

Farheen Haider why do people assume billionaires spend to show off? Is that the real reason you buy things? How sad, they’re not so different from the resto of people, maybe they’re less lazy, can’t they buy things because they want to? Also, if you make money you should be able to spend it in whatever you want, it’s true there are poor people, sadly that’s their govenrment’s responsibility, they’re private sector, and I assume you live in a first world country, comparing your lifestyle with people in third world countries you must spend crazy, in those countries the a/c is a luxury and I guess you have a/c and use it, I bet you have car, I bet you visit other places on vacation, I bet you buy things from popular brands, why don’t you just live limited and give the money to people that don’t work and instead beg for money and force their children to do the same? I know there are other people who are poor because of the lack of opportunity, in those cases the responsables are the politicians not the businesspeople, if you want billionaires to take care of them, they why do we need politicians who are paid huge amounts of taxes? And most of the people in first world countries are poor because they want, not because they lack of opportunities
This Mansion 5 Years ago was going for $68 Million now its dropped to $45 Million... How Sad :(

The most I can give you is $5 and I'm really going out on a limb here.
My heart! Out of all the videos of homes I've seen here, THIS IS MY FAVORITE! I'm single if someone is buying this home! ❤💙💚💛💜
GORGEOUS HOME!...WOW...💜
Stunning. A work of art.
1:33 i can recognize the G wagon from the space!!
This one is so good, I love the outfit and interior design as well. so far it is my favourite. Thanks for the videos.

Think about it like this if your rich enough to buy this house you probably have the best of everything so you can never get an "upgrade" that makes you happy, an average joe will be estatic over a new guitar, a bigger tv, a new jacket. So in a way someone like yourself has more opportunities to be happy for the rest of your life then a billionaire does.

I mean that’s what he should have done before he had it built, now that he’s put marble floors across 30,000 square feet, put custom $250,000 chandeliers in every room, gold flake pinstripes along the wall, rose wood furniture etc, he would lose tens of millions doing that.
I’ll take it!!!
Mr Richard , man you did a very very beautiful job on this estates .I have loved this estate from the very day that i first saw it. Im in my twenties. But i know a quality when i see it.

It’s the property tax, no one wants it because of NJ’s 2.4% property tax, that’s more than double the national average, if someone bought this for the asking price they’d be paying 1.1 million dollars every year in property tax.
i want this
Great Mansion .......
Actually it's been lowered again; to 39 million
Maybe early last year you would have gotten this asking price... Housing markets around the world is even for the super-rich, is changing.
This monster home is undoubtedly beyond gorgeous. I cannot imagine the huge 'carbon footprint' a behemoth house like this leaves behind. And how do you keep tabs on security, since it is so huge? Hell, even if you had a top notch security system, and a few Rottweilers roaming the house, it might take forever for those dogs to FIND the intruder, who may have found his way upstairs by now! Just saying.
Life should b low in maintainance, how ppl clean this kind of big house

Would much rather own one in Southern France.
was the kitchen shown?
It's alright.
The "house" is a white elephant. The reality is, is that if someone can afford a building of that scale and price, they want "their" own. I imagine this house being sold in the 20 million rage only for the land. It will be knocked down and something rebuilt in it's place (they do it in The Hamptons and Malibu all the time). That being said, this house is tastefully done.
This is my home...i am coming to get it
19 bathrooms is so unnecessary that money would have been better spent on additional features that would actually provide some kind of enjoyment.

Well, considering it’s huge and that it must need a big staff, I think the bathroom number is okay, imagine you’re in the study room and having to walk half House in order to use the WC, or that you’re cleaning a room and you and other house’s staff member needs to use the WC, with many bathrooms you can reach faster then and it will be more probably it’s not being occupied
Privacy , Proximity and Pedigree. What more can one need compared to Manhattan this home and location speaks for itself. I am afraid to ask though what the property taxes would be ?. I looked $916,000 a Year. Unbelievable , Laguna beach still looks better or Bel Air.
This is the house for me!!! I don’t know how.
perfect house ever
As a custom home builder. To frame this house i would charge about 400k for the labor and it would take 8 weeks.
According to the floor plans it only has 9 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms and a 5 car garage. I'd love to see where they're apparently hiding the additional 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 6 car garage!
👌👌👍👍
Lot of extra coins to buy a house that big. How do you keep from getting lost in there???
Well, it’s June 18th, 2021. Has it sold & if so, for how much?
A real pedigree of substance ..... It's like words use to sound fancy but with no real meaning. Lol
what is the tax for this property I'm interested

I just don't like the grounds. I don't like where the pool is and that massive green area leading to it. I like the pools sort of in the grounds, like those old mansions in the midwest. I can hop out of the pool and walk right into the home. I don't know, maybe if I saw it up close.

As of today still no buyer and its listed for $31M... Ffs.

Wow this house is $23,000 a month in taxes $277,000 a year not including the the lawn manicuring it monthly
Unless you're having 19 different families in the house at one time having 19 bathrooms is just a PITA. I'd want the same exact house with 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms.

I love your home and your presentation. I wish you could have arranged the home without the front to the back door design. This is considered the money in and money out arrangement allowed in The Plan. Your home will sell to the person designated in The Plan as all homes are arranged to sell. I am giving you this information since it is in The Worlds Plan. Have a great day.
i live 30 minutes away from this house and went too see it, yes it is a nice house but it is right off a double yellow road.
Is this the most expensive home in NJ based off of how the title is phrased?

What are the taxes on this?
Why do they focus so much on the bathrooms? Of all the rooms in the house, those are the ones I could care about the least.

jaymur001 NJ has some of the nicest properties and nicest towns in America dumbass, especially south Jersey. I'm from NJ and moved to Massachusetts and trust me THAT STATE is a shithole.. which is what Mass rhymes with ass. Even my boyfriend who is from CT loves NJ. There's always something to do, there's tons of nice beaches, hiking trails, nice suburban old towns, farm fields, small cities and if you want you can go to Philly or NYC. Also Wawa. It's a fucking melting pot! In Massachusetts, it's nothing but woods, cracked roads and towns that look like Silent Hill or ghetto as hell,2/3rds of the state is unlivable because the towns aren't developed enough or are completely destroyed by poverty, grey skies, the city is boring and there's hardly any clubs and bars close at 12, no happy hour, bad accents, mean nasty UGLY people, and the road systems are shit to get through, and like my dad said it takes 5 years for them to fix or build anything. Cape Cod is expensive and cold with no waves and rocky sand with no nightlife. And this isn't JUST Massachusetts this is the entire New England area. NH, RI, ME, VT are all the same. Boring, dark, no fashion sense, lousy cold beaches, a lot of shrubbery because they refuse to clean the states up, short men that are bald. The only state that is decent is Connecticut because they actually put money into the state to look nice. My boyfriend hates Massachusetts, his cousin who went to school in Boston hated Boston and moved to NY/North Jersey. My brothers moved back to NJ. My aunt and uncle who lived in VT for 6 years moved back to NJ. Gee for being such an awful state why does everyone go back? Yeah because you're ignorant and don't have a fucking clue as to what you're talking about because you once watched the Jersey Shore cast go to seaside heights which is known for being trashy or drove through the NJ turn pike (which I grew up 2.5 hours away from in south jersey) and decided to make a judgement. Try actually living somewhere for once before you sound like a COMPLETE idiot, which you already are.

If you think Jersey is bad, you haven't been to the real Jersey. If you've only been to Jersey City or Newark, okay sure. New Jersey is a rare state. One of the only states who has NYC as it's backyards, farm land, mountains, plains, city life, and beaches all within range of each other. New Jersey during the summer is one of the most beautiful things to see. All of the green from the trees bring it alive. Again, visit the real NJ. People like you who say dumb crap about NJ are so ignorant. My mom and I own a home here in New Jersey for a reason.

that basketball court is so ugly inside that beauty, it ruins it completely
I don't know why owners can't stay in this super duper awesome home. To be honest; there shouldn't be so many videos about it on KZread. It's wonderful. Why don't people keep it? It's perpetually for sale. Too young to be haunted. Far enough from Manhattan to make it private. Nosey neighbors? Bad plumbing?
