Born and bred in NJ and live 2 miles from one of these houses. Many in the country aren't aware of how affluent and beautiful the state is. We welcome it being the butt of jokes - we're glad to keep it to ourselves... (except it's so damn expensive to live here)

I agree with you 100 percent. Who is going to clean all of those windows? Who is going to take care of the landscape? When buying one of these mansions you must keep all of that in mind. 6/8/2021.

In London there is a mansion name as the "The Uptown Court" Which was sold for 165 million dollars, the narrator mentioned its maintenance cost is 2 million per year.

I agree! I’ve watched lot’s of these videos,. All of my Favorite homes are Always in Jersey or at least on the east coast! I just don’t care for any of the homes on the west coast! Oh! Except for The Manor,. That’s the Perfect home except for the kitchen!

Not much people paying 30 mil+ for a home in New Jersey especially because they dont even need all those bedrooms and bathrooms

I feel the same. It is my favorite mansion. I would never want to live in New Jersey or New York but I would adore to live in the Stone Mansion (in my dreams). It's perfect. High wealth families have problems most people don't contend with. Perhaps security may be an issue there OR it may be too close to NYC. Maybe the staffing arrangements are insufficient. All guesses.

I LOVE this channel... but I'm not agreeing with the narrator, at the beginning, when he calls this "The Good Life". Yes, I LOVE mansions and abundance... but I know "The Good Life" is curiously found in the most modest bungalows and curiously missing in the most grand mansions. :)
