Mansions are beautiful to tour around and visit but don't have that cozy feeling. I prefer regular size homes to live in.
greenwich is a lot of things, diverse is most definitely mot one of them, unless you're talking about garden size

How did that last one sell for only $8.1m? It's huge and looks gorgeous! Maybe all the videos I've watched of the modern California mansions have warped my perspective, but I would've guessed it was worth 3-4 times that.

"Open concept" is for poor people. If you can afford a substantial house you don't need to walk in the front door, immediately be in your "living/dining space" with the kitchen in the middle of the living room. There's space for everything to be separate. But you want to "watch the kids play while I'm cooking"? Well, you don't cook and the nanny watches the kids.

@@BMUSIK101 I was making a joke. In fact there are areas of Greenwich where people are not "rich" or even middle class. Race? I don't know the official census on that.
The commentator's voice and delivery was so annoying and horrible that I had to stop watching it in one sitting. Please DO NOT USE HIM for another video.
