Mike Richards who happens to be a prouder for “Jeopardy!” picked Mike Richards to replace Alex Trebek. And then Mike Richards who happens to be a prouder for “Jeopardy!” had to fire Mike Richards.

I think another thing people were annoyed about is that he's executive producer, he basically hired himself; the guest host search was all a sham. Anyway I'm still hoping for Levar Burton or Ken Jennings.

I don’t think he should have been chosen in the first place. There were plenty of better hosts such as Ken Jennings Levar Burton, and Buzzy Cohen, yet they made the executive producer the host. Nobody can replace Alex, but I know there’s better options for a replacement.

Just use Ken Jennings… obviously the months and months of a choosing a new host were a waste of time since he chose himself… but as somebody who was honored enough to do a book report on the great Alex Trebek in December 2020, this is NOT what he wanted! I read “who is Alex Trebek” by Lisa Rogak who literally interviews Alex MULTIPLE TIMES, and He clearly stated when he either passes or retires, he doesn’t want somebody who’s already a celebrity or is extremely politically tied… which was about everybody they chose to guest host on the show. I agree, nobody can be nearly as great as Trebek, but at least Ken Jennings has been on the show as a contestant and knows what it’s like, and knows how to keep things moving and fast paced and not about him. This was just the excuse, the executives saw howangry the people was for the deception and there was also the fact that those who were up for the job didn't know he was also up for the jobwhile he was giving them directions how to do the job and there was also the fact that his episodes were transmited the days that historically had better ratings and the one who were favorites were transmited when the olimpics were happening.

They just need to make a holographic image of Alex because he will never be replaced.

In honor of Alex Trebek, knowing he was going to die, they should have let him choose who is going to be the next host. That would've been awesome!

Alex Trebek may can be replaced but no one will ever compare to him hosting that particular show!🙄 He was the perfect host for Jeopardy and a perfect fit!😩 He is truly missed!🤦🏽‍♀️

Idk if i completely agree with the idea cuz i think if a white kid who grows up poor with a single parent, will be worse off than a black kid who grows up with two parents who make good money together; the white kid wont be harassed for his race in his life though.

I guess Mike Richards showed his "race card" when asked about things that don't match the "COLOR" of his house, his cars and his friends! 🤤 Of course, as Executive Producer he will still make MILLIONS no matter who is named the host. 😠 I feel they should have canceled Jeopardy after Alex passed, out of respect to him, and realized it would never be the same.
