On the PTR they added a 2hrs cooldown for these items.. :/

Tldw for folks. There is an item that changes appearance, not an actual race change with abilites and such.

This is so dumb. Most players choose races for their appearance, the issue is some racials are incredibly OP. Don't get me wrong, more choice for players is always good, but it would add way more representation to have glamours that gave you the racials of other races for raid, mythics, and pvp.
