✅ Ingredients / Recipe: (1 cup = 250 ml)
5 eggs
A pinch of salt
150 g sugar (3/4 cup)
1 pack of vanilla sugar (8 g) 2 teaspoons
190 g flour (1 1/3 cups)
2 teaspoons baking powder
Baking tray: 40 x 30 cm (15.7 x 11.8 inches)
Bake cake at 180°C (356°F) for about 12 minutes.
apricot jam
4 ripe bananas
500 g mascarpone (2 cups) or cream cheese
250 ml whipped cream (1 cup)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
40 g powdered sugar (less for sweet bananas) 1/3 cup
Place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
