This is how you bake German cheesecake! Incredibly tender and delicious!
They have never eaten such a tender cake before! Cheesecake without a base and cheesecake with a base. Here I show two very delicious recipes for cheesecake that melts in your mouth! Best cheesecake with snow topping without flour (gluten-free) and cheesecake with shortcrust pastry, nuts and oranges (and with condensed milk). Both cakes are so tender, they melt in your mouth. Anyone can bake these delicious quark cakes! So delicate and airy! Cake in 15 minutes. Very tasty, a cake you can bake every day!
Ingredients / Recipe 1: (1 cup = 250 ml)
The dough:
80 g butter (softened) 1/3 cup
100 g sugar (1/2 cup)
A pinch of salt
120 g flour (4/5 cup)
100 g ground hazelnuts (1 cup), (preferably roasted for a better flavor!)
1 egg yolk
1 small teaspoon of baking powder
Grated orange peel
Decoration:
1 - 2 oranges
Orange jam:
A total of 300 g oranges (3 - 4 oranges)
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons rum (or water)
Grated orange peel
Season with sugar to taste.
The curd cream:
3 eggs
1 pack of vanilla sugar (8 g, 2 teaspoons)
A pinch of salt
40 g sugar (1/5 cup)
50 g butter melted (1/5 cup)
170 g sweetened condensed milk (3/4 cup)
500 g quark (or cream cheese / fine cottage cheese) 2 cups
40 g cornstarch (1/3 cup)
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Bake the cheesecake at 180 °C (356 °F) top and bottom heat for about 1 hour
After the baking time, let the cake rest in the oven for 15 minutes.
Ingredients / Recipe 2: (1 cup = 250 ml)
Put 5 eggs (separately), 2 egg whites aside for the snow top.
80 g sugar (2/5 cup)
pinch of salt
80 g butter (liquid) 2/5 cup
1 lemon
500 g quark (alternatively: cream cheese) 2 cups
130 ml milk (1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
40 g cornstarch (2/5 cup)
180 ° C (356 ° F) top and bottom heat for about 45 minutes
Snow cover:
2 egg whites
pinch of salt
100 g powdered sugar (1/2 cup)
A few drops of lemon juice
Bake the cheesecake at 160 °C (320 °F) top and bottom heat for 20 minutes.
Then turn off the oven and leave the cake in the open oven for another 15 minutes.
