I’e been watching your videos for years, mate. Let me say however, that this was one of the most ‘easy’ to listen to because you spoke more freely (less scripted) than usual. I really appreciate all the fantastic content you create Rene and how knowledgeable and well researched you are. Keep up the excellent work. All the best .
I like the way you speak in this particular video, its more calm and easy to keep up. Thanks for the great work you’re doing!

I agree with you! His diction is much more enjoyable to listen to. I stopped watching his videos enjoying the content only because of that. Rene, if you’re reading this, please consider doing this more often. Thank you 🙏
Hey Rene, I really like that this video isn't as scripted as the other ones! You have a great, natural flow as a presenter.

Wow... I actually like this format. Nice to see the way of delivery. Felt you were talking to me directly. 👌🏽
I really enjoyed the casual, fireside chat type style of this video. It was like asking Rene's opinion on the spot about something. Very cool :)
Great info thanks for the video. I really like the more conversational style in this episode. Really good. You’re getting better all the time.
Hurray Rene! I love the more natural “non-scripted” delivery style. It’s great!
I KNEW there was a reason I encountered so many roadblocks recently in getting the 2019 iMac. This was the reason.

I agree with the comments relating to the more natural feel. This “format” keeps it way more interesting and just overall more organic. Glad to see you constantly improving, Rene. Love these new videos!!

Liked the authentic, unscripted and natural flow of this video - was refreshing! Also like your well prepared insights, metaphors and dry humor. Keep it up Rene.
Loving the lighter, less scripted, mistakes left in nature of this video. Stands out immediately but for all the right reasons. It’s different from your normal stuff but still as familiar and entertaining. Great job 👍🏻
This is great. Its also great to see you not so scripted and just chatting to us. Feels more natural and great to see you smiling and joking with the ‘erms’ and opinions on the fly. Enjoyed this discovery together. 👍🏻 My trusty 2013 Non 5k iMac is crying quietly in the corner.
I was so frustrated seeing HDDs in base configurations even back in 2012, and then every year since, that I swear, I thought they'd keep doing it even in post-Intel models 😅
Liking this more natural style. Keep up the great work
When you get one of these can you look at how the machine is for working with Audio? I was looking to get an iMac Pro with 10 Cores. But now this model can come with 10 Cores. Thanks.
Just got a new iPad Pro and love it.... its starting to make me think about selling my almost new 16” MBP and getting one of these 27” iMac. What should I do RR n Co?
I’ve got the 2019 iMac. So I think I’ll wait until they update the design of the box + and add the Apple silicon, before I update. But I’m happy to see they finally caught up with 2020 and made SSD standard... Finally! Lol
I'd like to hear an opinion on which would be a better video editing machine, a new 27" iMac upgraded to cost $5000, or an iMacPro at the $5000 price point.
Does it still have RAM door at the backside with empty memory slots to ugrade the RAM yourself?

Just placed an order the morning. Final cost was a little LESS than a 2019 model that had a lesser configuration.
I don't suppose they adopted the internal layout with improved thermals from the iMac Pro when they redesigned to include the T2. That *might* be enough to persuade me to upgrade now.
Thanks for the free skillshare!

Apple is purposefully creating a larger wedge between the "true" disciples and those who are not willing to go "all-in". Classic cult behavior.
Thanks for the info, Rene! Your unscripted /light scripted style works very well!
Do you think there will be a new MacBook Pro? Or should I get what is out? Got the A7SIII and need to update my computer!
Rene. Your work is top notch! You bring an experienced adults Vision to the tech world, which is needed and refreshing with all of the millennial based channels. Wish you were around earlier than just 5 months ago, your too good AND experienced❤️ 💪🏼 keep it up...A polite suggestion if i may, that is to change the background colour to something a bit more subtle.

Is the RAM soldered on to the logic board?
100% agreed on others’ takes on the cadence of this video. It’s much more conversational. Feels like listening to you podcast, which is easy to listen to. It feels we are getting your true thoughts compared to something more heavily scripted

two days after my new one arrived, Never mind, was going to be too expensive to get the options I would want anyway 2012-2020 not bad life for the last one really
It’s about damn time they stopped selling iMacs with HDDs (“Fusion” drives). The lack of FaceID or TouchID is pretty disappointing though.
Thank you for your post. Strange pacing, but you can’t hit a home run every time. I would have liked to hear more about the iMac future on Apple Silicon. Nice explanation of why no AMD.
I just ordered mine. This is a major upgrade for me since my iMac 🖥 is from 2009. Anything would have been an improvement
Thanks for ds👍🏻
2020 iMac is here...WHERE? it's not on their web site. So my question is WHEN will it actually be available?
Rich, when you go off script, your video reaches new heights! Continue with this “free thought” model, it’s light-years better.
I dont understand anything your talking about but i 100% agree that this thing is nice as hell.
Pretty nice upgrade to the iMac, still looking forward to the Apple Silicon-based Macs though.
Does the new iMac allow you to add more RAM yourself?
I love that Apple is FINALLY introducing proper GPU's. That 5700XT is on par with an RTX 2070.
Is this better than iMac Pro then?
THOSE BEZELS!!!! NO!!!!!! Finally you are taking a breath while talking!!
Is the RAM door gone?
2020 imac vs imac pro?
Love how you say 2007 IMac at the start. 😂
How long do we suppose Apple will continue to support this final Intel MAC?
