I lived in Naples for a year in 2004, you have to realize this is probably in Golden Gate Estates (zip 34120) and about 10 miles from what we called "Naples proper" which is the actual city limits. If you are okay with that, this is fair amount of house for the money but it's also semi-rural

Alligators?😳 Just kidding. I grew up in that area. It’s called The Estates. It’s an area in naples that is wooded and a little further out away from the the main downtown beaches. It’s super quiet. You can enjoy deers and wildlife in your backyard. And as long as you don’t have sitting water or canals and lakes you don’t have to worry about the gators. We had a hater in our yard once but it disappeared once we filled Dutch of water. All homes in that area comes with a minimum 1 acre and no HOA or anyone telling you what to do with yore yard or land. You can do just about anything on your property. We had a huge garden and my father ran his car detailing business in the back yard. Our nearest neighbor was a whole 5 acres away. It’s ok if you like that type of free living.

I live in Naples ans there's no such beautiful house for $ 250 000. I dont know where she's talking about but this is not the Naples Fl that I know. That place is one of the most expensive place in the US.

I know that area. It’s semi rural naples. I grew up there and my uncle just bought a model similar to that one for $270k in 2018. Prices must have gone up. You’re paying that price to be far from the beach and in the woods. I still live there.

Buying a home with an HOA is similar to buying a manufactured home with lot rent ridiculous rules fines and they can foreclose on you the fees are 200 to 600 per month not the low fee to trap you initially

Buyer Beware! Don’t get me wrong, I love Florida, but the prices for Real Estate are up the roof!!! It’s crazy what Floridians are charging people “people out of state/snow birds” for their property! If this economy tanks and probably will under Biden/Harris we will all be in the poop hole, for sure! We are paying way too much for real estate in Florida!!! All I’m saying, is if you by now at these prices and economy tanks, it will take a long time to get back your investment!!!
