I checked the website to confirm this is not a 55+ community. Home start at $400k. Where is this $270k home at? Also, the HOA is $475, I thought you said $175.

Hey, I said in the video that HOA is $475 monthly. About the price of the house, you are right. They recently increased the price because they almost sold out.

I dont pay 270k for 2 bath/2bedr hell to the no. For 270k that house better have space to put a pool inside the house plus 6 bedrooms
