Hi Tatiana. I have some questions about this home. I absolutely love it!!! Is this still on the market? Also, if it isn’t. Is this a model. Can it be duplicated in a different lot. Hi, this community is called Avalon by Pulte Homes. Unfortunately they stopped to build this model. But I can help you to buy the land and we can build the same model for you.

55 minutes to the 5th ave, 30 min to Costco and Trader Joes.

I like the price of this house. This city is being built up very quickly, I like it!

@@USAOpenHouse I wish builders built small homes with nice yards and not condos for older people. So many of us want a small home so we can have pets. We don’t need these huge homes. I wish I could build bungalow homes in a community.
