hey, you should check with the modds, there is one that let you customise weapons and you can put on a sight actually. Enjoy !

Attachment modification was planned ages ago I believe, so it most likely will come about at some point. One can hope at least? I'd love to swap my torce for a bayonet in any case

Oh god the snipers are using aimbots now. I cannot express how satisfying it is that the shovel can actually kill things, now, especially together with the reworked rending blessing. And the Vraks VII rework has me craving that longlas and longrifle in the game files even more.

Shovel feels so good with this build, Kruber would so proud.

Using this gun with the highlight enemy ability is absolutely necessary in a full team. Plays into the headshot playstyle and you can kill every special on the map (minus ogryns) before they can do anything to your team. The crit damage is insane if you stack crit chance & weakspot crit damage blessings. The gun will already 1 shot kill, then you get to add another 70-100% extra headshot damage on top. Turns it into a delete button and you’ll constantly be regenerating toughness. Not to mention, crits ignore armor so you can even take down carapace ogryns with headshots. I think it’s the best veteran gun besides the plasma.

I just started Darktide recently, so I would definetely just lay down and cry, waiting for the inevitable if a Plague Ogryn charges at me while I'm alone :D So big up, nice content 🤘

You need the cooldown on special kill to spam those shouts, also the revive that increases cd and reduces radius is a bait, it sucks cause spamming shouts won't get your team killed in the first place. My respects for trying solo with those handicaps lol.

Now that it's been buffed, I'd love to see you try playing with Infantry Autogun Mk5. I've been having a lot of fun with it recently.

I carry a vraks headhunter on every class I can and I love it. The mk1 auto gun it very good too. Full auto though.

What's the benefit of the headhunter over a kantrael or a lucius ?

The rifle's decent and all, but I still would never look at those damage numbers and the lack of an advanced sight and think "Yep, that's a sniper rifle." Still got some way to go on that one. Maybe if it went down the road of the laspistol with having a ridiculous headshot multiplier? Dunno. Would never consider bringing it over a Kantrael XII

Vraks mk 3 is even more awsome ;) Personally i hate 1 click spam when shooting. So mk3 is my choice

Honestly still seems bad due to hit reg. Hit reg favors fast firing autoguns because... well, its bad and more attempts to hit a weakspot the more chance it will actually happen and not hit an arm, like that bomber who you shot in the head but was throwing his bomb and it reged his hand or arm

Desync is an issue that affects all guns equally. You dont notice it as much on lasguns cause they typically have a larger mag. The autoguns, esp this one, not so much.
