Yes, this truck is what we are missing these days. Regular cab, short bed, 4wd. This thing looks 100 times better than all the over priced 4 door brick wall front end trucks they make now.

Tuned F-150 owner here. Nice tribute! Fell in love with the Syclone and Typhoon when they were made. Test drove one as a 22 yr old. Just didn't have the funds at the time, sadly.

For those who don't know there is actually a 2019 GMC Canyon Syclone ext cab version actually out now! I believe they only made 100 & it has 455hp not bad & a respectable tribute to the original I must say!!

@@glockshooter40 u can order a canyon or Colorado with direct injected 4.3 n turbo or supercharger your choice but its so high nobody orders it. You literally can go buy a new truck and build it yourself for 2/3 of what gm wants for one

Nice truck Man. I love GMC. I took my 96 Chevy Suburban n put a Chevy 3500 Vortec and just added a Super chip. I have a BEAST Now. Good job on that Syclone Brother.

I used to own one, put 141,000 miles on it from 1991 thru 2009. One kick ass little truck. One of the best sleepers I ever owned. The only thing I changed was air intake and exhaust.

That truck is way cool!! Those dam AWD dudes tho when they pull up to the water box. They do the "burnout" not even a full rotation of the tires, like oops I forgot all wheel drive just incase you didnt see before. LoL

First off bad ass truck! And here it comes lol, that is not a canyon, or if it is, the besides, fenders and grill are off a Gmc Sierra. Squared off wheel wells helps give it away. And the factory "flares" around the wheel wells. And being from southern Kentucky, we don't have much red clay. Awesome build though! And a side note some Colorado's I know for a fact came with a 5.3 factory but it was around 14 I think?

With so many cheap parts, it's actually easy to make a Syclone II or Typhoon II from 1994~today.

I would love to have a Syclone in a crew cab.

Cool truck though. The originals were no slouches. For the time I think they were running low 14s high 13 quarter miles. I may be wrong but I know GM came out swinging when they made those. Especially for the time.

Now this one-off “successor” deserves to wear the name badge, unlike that embarrassment of a Canyon extended cab GMC tried to feed us.

That trucks slow.

Cyclone was based based off of the s10/blazer which means this should be based off of the Colorado that being said this is a Silverado that’s it next.

Everybody needs to hound GM to bring back the regular cab shortbed. They sell them in Mexico and the Middle east.

The guys that built it their shop is only a couple hours from me in Michigan lol
