New GERMAN Tank KF51 Panther Shocked Russians!

New German Tank KF51 Panther Shocked Russians! /
The most lethal ground weapon in history just got even more lethal, and Germany is one nation at the forefront of it with the brand new KF51 Panther Main Battle Tank. From weapons of mass destruction and electromagnetic warfare capabilities to active, reactive, and passive protection, this tank is a testament that the line between tanks and fighter jets is quickly blurring out, in no small part thanks to the need for new NATO tanks to be powerful enough to annihilate their Russian counterparts, particularly those that have made an unwelcome visit to Ukraine - a visit that could soon be cut short by the development of a deadly tank like the KF51 Panther.

Well... when it comes down to it, the Germans are veeeery sluggish to provide any help. Their aid-to-gdp ratio is terribly low. Small countries like Lithuania do much more. So, this might be a nice weapon, but since Rheinmetall is poised to help only Putin, despite sanctions, I am sceptical this will actually affect anything in UA-RU war.

Just imagine all tanks would be the same... then the enemy finds out what the weakness is and you are tactically "done" without any alternatives. On the contrary you need the diversity and different strengths of the units to pick the superiour one against enemy units and combine them to achieve superiorty and stance-protection, like combining a gepard with a leopard to supplement each other land and air. "Build only one tank" is a very bad strategy! Sharing technology and improve compatibility in ammunition and coordinance, targetting and so on.... thats the right way! Just Teamwork ;)

Well, they don’t have an 8. They call it the Leopard 2A7+ upgrade package. And while the hype is understandable, and the tank is decent, the Leo has had a few growth issues over the years. And the KF51 is built off the Leo2a4 platform. So, there’s a few issues that need to be addressed for this tank to be successful. First one, the armor for the driver’s seat is too thin on the Leo. While the Panther boasts the ability to control any system from any seat in the tank, you still don’t want one of your seats to be suicidal to use. So they have to boost that. Better to save lives than waste them. Secondly, on the Leo a7/a7+, they added some chobham armor to boost protection. Though the driver’s seat did not get the same treatment, sadly. The new armor is a good thing, but the engine is a bit overstretched due to the extra weight. So the engine would need an upgrade. The only info I could find on the armor of the Panther is that it’s welded steel. It doesn’t say if the removed the composite armor or not, but I really hope they didn’t ditch the protection for the sake of the engine. Composite armor is the way of the future, and they really should have it. Sacrificing that for an outdated engine, is not a good idea. So hopefully, they gave this thing a better engine, and didn’t take the easy route. Thirdly, the Leo sadly doesn’t have blowout panels for their ammo storage. That’s bad. The blowout panels stop the ammunition from killing the crew in the event the storage gets hit. These blowout panels should be STANDARD on _all_ tanks. Especially with all the shit we’re seeing in Ukraine. Tanks without them are basically death traps, give them blowout panels. If they _correctly_ addressed all those issues, then this tank would be easily on par with the likes of the Challenger and the Abrams.

The F-35 program has taken funds that could have built new tanks and aircraft but fortunately the US is full of dumbass shits and every last drop was milked by the military industrial complex that Every " Patriotic American " supports. The US Navy is falling apart and in is in poor condition. Our ground forces are behind both China and Russia in training and equipment as of 2014, our special forces programs just got training slashed. During the 21 year fuck up a lot of troops sent over had no body armor at all, anyone who spoke out on it was dealt with so imagine for a second that the USA starts a draft? It won't be to win, it's to throw bodies at Russia or China while our incompetent generals try to win a completely unwinnable war. China owns 35.2 million acres of USA land, and the time is coming to collect on that land and debt we owe which is 66 trillion in total once everything the US owns is sold... Basically we are living in the final days of Rome.

There are a couple issues I hope were addressed. While most aren’t as serious as the Russian tanks, they were still worth noting. 1. I hope they gave the driver better hull armor. It was a bit thin on the Leo, and despite being able to control the tank from anywhere inside, you still shouldn’t waste human lives. 2. I hope they didn’t discard the chobham armor just to save weight, and allow the engine to perform better. I get the old Leo engine was struggling with all the added weight, but composite armor is the way of the future. You need a better engine, not less armor. 3. I hope they finally gave it blowout ammo racks. The war in Ukraine has kind of solidified something that everyone should’ve realized a while ago. Blowout panels on tanks need to be standard. They prevent the crew from dying when the ammo starts cooking off, that is a MUST for all tanks.

@@ex0ghost837 They are so ambitious... On the occasion of the first presentation in 2015, the Russian military reported that 20 T-14 tanks are in the testing phase of the Defense Ministry and that by 2020 around 2300 T-14s are to be produced for the Russian army. (...) In March 2021, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu announced that the first 20 T-14s would be introduced into the army by the end of 2021.🤣 "I love it when a plan comes together." - Col. My first thought is dealing with a panther that has survived contact with the enemy and the replacement of the peripheral devices on the outside every time, namely the cameras. The logistics needed to keep these tanks in 100% combat efficiency, etc.
