There's nothing worse. As you say, especially when someone opens the holes and then doesn't play anywhere near them!

Personally, I love the top floor because it is almost perfect. It’s really small, making it super easy for defenders to defend, while also allowing for easy control by the attackers.

9:15 a good tip is making a rotate below the big window connecting to the kitchen so you can jump down from the hatch in kids dorm and watch the big window from below.

Just found you from this map review, it's great! I love that you actually explain the thought process and purpose behind each bit of every strategy. If you get more experience with Lair I'd love an update on that map, I feel like everyone's still lost playing it lmao

literally sitting here going wow that's crazy I didn't even know that like 5 or 6 times each site. coming back to the game after 3 years and never properly learned how to play in the first place, these videos are dope man.

I love these videos so damn much man. I'm not a "fragger" by any means, my gun skill is not my strong suit, but my game sense and knowledge is where my strength is, so if I'm able to put myself in an advantageous position, I can hold my own, and these videos help with that. It just sucks because I normally default to playing Mute a lot of the time on defense even though I don't want to. Being a solo-queue or sometimes duo with my friend, I find that 45 seconds for prep phase is just simply an inconceivable amount of time to do proper site setups, as well as jammer placements, all by my lonesome. Either way, I'd appreciate if you could do a video on Plains, mostly for the 1F sites, cause those sites hardly get played, but when they do, it's a struggle lol ❤

12:57 if you play frost you can make jump rotate and put trap on that rotate.. if enemy comes and jump over most of them will step on the trap because that's is busy area and they will mostly focus on door or others angle while pushing

For basement i bring castle and castle the ebox to pillar door then the blue to pillar door. I then reinforce the left side wall of ebox with head holes on the right side. That creates a pixel from pillar to outside bunker and its pretty easy kills at plat and emerald level

5:52 I also like putting feet holes in the meeting wall below hatch. That way the attic player can wound or kill anyone who tries to go up big tower from below. I usually play castle on this site and castle off exterior windows, makes those holes and the rotate, and then put a prox by the foot holes somewhere to give me a heads up. Also good for roamers playing on the first floor.

You make this game more accessible for those of us that don't specialize in 4D chess/R6S 😆 Honestly though I watch your content to try and get better and it helps me to better understand how and why to do certain set ups. Also surprises me how many matches I play that no one shoots the f*cking radio lol

i usually make head holes in attic but this shows me the real way to setup. great vid

the blue tarps in Lbow works but you gotta do the holes at another angle, as the sound already changes when there are several small holes in the tarps - it does not have to be shot out completly so to say

Always useful thank you, however is there an explanation as to why you would sometimes make a vaultable rotate as opposed to crouching/standing one? As a beginner this is confusing since most guides tell me that vaultable holes are disadvantageous as it locks you in an animation.

Hey mate do you like to do any holes or reinforcement to the soft wall between games and dorms at the top of white stairs?

~4:00 the kids rotation can be seen from Armory rappel all the way through. Either play hard extension with Armory + shooting holes towards Master or reinforce the Armory wall closer to the default cam. ~8:40 might want to extend the floor holes towards kitchen so kids anchor could jump the hatch down and watch the vertical holes towards big window. ~16:15 might want to let people know laser on shotgun reduces pellet spread. Useful on longer ranges (8-10m) like this stairs spot . Gotta mind the laser lands on the wall though - can be seen and used by the opponent. Nice vid :)

Dude that match from the intro could literally be any game what's so ever. First things first "shoot the bleep radio." Yes that's a good rule but melee it first just so you don't waste your bullets. (Before you say.. How often do you use all your bullets? Not very often but it has happened to me.) As for Z hallway it's much easier saying Z then Zed because most people know Z even our UK brothers still know Z. So it just works better imo. Also great video. No input on how I'd set it up etc. But also Kitchen/Dinning is easier on Solo Q imo compared to Kitchen/Meeting which is better in a squad.

You can also hold blue door from pillar with los in ebox.

I just started playing rainbow again after 4 years videos like these are what i need

28:05 you can destroy the upper layer of the wooden floor in small tower in prep phase, then thermite can't place his charge on the floor to get the wall.

Question, 14 mins in, the two walls on elbow. Why not reinforce the side where you have the rotate and put the rotate on the other side so that you don’t get shot from freezer when rotating back to site from blue late in the round? Is there a reason for having the rotate where you do?

Yeah you can absolutely do that. It probably makes more sense actually! I always make the rotate on the left through force of habit.

I personally put the rotate on the right as a vault hole and rotate the left so you can either have a mira if you want or put a frost mat/thorn trap/lesion mine so they’re forced to get hit or make way more noise that they usually would or even dying, it also gives good intel if they make it into site from main stairs and nobody is at tunnel so you can look through rotate from B to A and get nice picks

Please do this for all maps (specifically chalet, club, Kafe, coast, and border)

Me and my friend always play valk. And we both have c4. We always prep a c4 against the roof in Security and below closet. With valk cams So instead of hole's straight away. We blow people up jumping in. Wich creates the hole after We got alot of kills doing this. But we noticed the higher rank we got. The less it worked. Because weirdo's start playing IQ
