The fly ash brick (FAB) is a building material, especially masonry elements, containing fly ash and water. Compressed at 28 MPa (272 atm) and cured for 24 hours in a steam bath at 66 ° C, then cured with an air-entraining agent, the bricks last for more than 100 freeze-thaw cycles. Due to the high concentration of calcium oxide in Class C fly ash, brick is described as "self-cementing". The manufacturing process saves energy, reduces mercury pollution and costs 20% less than traditional clay bricks.

all the process is done manually. too old and difficult as well why dont you use an automatic or at least a semi automatic machine?
