I know the owner of Vykon personally, i have also recently started doing welding work for Vykon exhausts (latest exhaust shells) and i can verify that the owner of Vykon is well established in the motorcycle performance industry and a highly respected racer. Also extremely passionate and driven about motorcycle performance.

Wow...brock better start redesigning the zx14 exhaust i guess. Hard to believe his exhaust got beat...although a turbo is still the best exhaust choice😂

cheap but I love the DJ Power Core Hardware, software upgrade (which comes with a new/better brake controller). That and, you can connect PCV to the dyno via CAN so you'll have things like TPS %, Maps-1-2 and Injector Duty Cycle on your monitor/graphs. PLUS, I never bought/had the auxiliary inputs module for Win-PEP so I love having the 4-extra analog inputs that Power Core has (for logging/graphing things like) MAP/Boost, Fuel Pressure, NO2 Pressure (and Oil Pressure if/when wanted/needed). I'm in the process of doing a complete ECU Flash Tune on a H2-SE (I'll have Eric's bike for at least 3 weeks) and having Boost on the monitor/graphs = no guessing where the A/F needs to go richer/richest...

I have a dyno comparison to the Muzzy as well where it outperformed it as well.

I run Voodoo shorty slip-ons on my 2013 ZX-14R sometimes. The local cops hate them because they are so loud, but the big Ninja sounds like a monster with them on. I also have Two Brothers and Akrapovic that I put on for a change.

The Akrapovic mufflers with the baffles removed have more torque than the TBR pipes. The Voodoo shorty mufflers have good throttle response despite being called Doodoo by some tuners. I have the Akrapovic pipes on now.

It’s definitely a winner price wise. It will retail for $1,395 and I’m suggesting titanium and carbon options with colored carbon tips as well.

You don’t see the air fuel graph. The bike was especially and fully tuned for the Brock’s pipe as you can see how perfect the AFR was. I tested the Vykon and the tuning was pretty exact to the Brock’s mapping. If I would have started adding fuel to the map for the Vykon, it would have surely made more.

I had a Muzzy on my 06 ZX14 it sounded awesome, on my 13 ZX14R is a Yoshimura it is great at a reasonable cost. I could've spent more $$ & got only a bit more HP

I have a muzzys on my '03 zx12r. I'm thinking of replacing it but don't know what I want

I would've put a Muzzy on my 2013 but they no longer make exhaust for bikes , my guy that does my work also said a muzzy would've been good on mine

It may be the case that vykon when you tested it's a fully new exhaust, brand new, never been used till now. The brock's pipe is used for some time and it may be the case it has some dirt on it, that way is the grafic slightly better on vykon. I think brand new it will not be a diference between both of them. Maybe broks allien pipe would be a very little better. Anyway it is no downgrade with none of these 2 pipes. They work amazing.

@@rickeygadson6095 well, you may have right about that. i just have in mind that old, used stuff can't perform the same like new one, because the fatigue of material i think. i may be wrong about that, i didn't experiment things like you do. good luck with your work anyway and God be with you and your family.

Why didn't you use the header pipes that came with the vykon? In the pics you showed brand new looking header pipes but in the dyno video it looks like a old set of stainless headers

I used the brand new headers that we unboxed in the video. I think your looking at an old exhaust we were comparing header sizes against.

@@rickeygadson6095 at 7:41 in the video you do show the new headers on the bike but at 7:55 when you start running the dyno those headers don't look new at all. Maybe you mixed up video footage or something

It is nice, but who can afford that. Unless you are actually racing, 1600 dollars on an exhaust to putt putt around with buddies on the weekend is a steep price to pay. I go local and had one made for less than 500 with similar numbers and no fancy plate on the side of the pipe. 1600 dollars you can get a decent exhaust, a dyno jet and remapped for that price and still keep up with the crowd..

You get what you pay for. This exhaust is among the cheapest of any high flowing exhaust. Ask around. You are sadly mistaken.

The Brock’s sound good, but definitely louder than Vykon. But most people like loud, me…. Not so much.
