I’ve marinated my chicken in fish sauce for fried chicken before it’s soooo good. Also because of this channel I eat Vietnamese fried rice I think your wife made it in a video a long time ago in Vietnam and ever since I’ve never gone back to cooking regular fried rice 😂😂

Fishsauce is very good for fried chicken, i always marinate my fried chicken with fishsauce, lime juice, garlic and black pepper

Just marinated mine with fish sauce, mushroom seasoning, granulated garlic and white pepper. Serving with rice and cucumbers. 😊

It can sit by itself and with the spices in the fridge but I’d suggest, let the fish sauce cool before adding the spices

pure fish sauce you get from the bottle at the store can sit in your spice cabinet, but once you use it in sauces you should keep that in the fridge in an airtight container

Quang I know I keep commenting on putting the mini dessert Banh Mi's at the restaurant but if you don't have a QT special item (that's not Banh Mi's) everyday at the restaurant and fried chicken is not it then you my friend are doing it wrong. I'd spend good money if I were in Canada for QFC ☺
