It was meant as a universal widely-used AT gun. Tons of other games seem to have only the 57mm as well. The 3 inc as well as the 105mm is wayy less common. Although the USSR using the pak40 is not to this logic at all, is comparable to them using their 85mm anti tank gun, which is also rare, (deployed 1944 and beyond) comparing to their main AT weapon, the ZIS-3 76mm gun.

@@anxathien478 It's not a game balanced based off of historical accuracy, its based off of effectiveness of the weapon systems. If we wanted to be historically accurate, there'd be 1 Tiger in every 25 games at tier in games set on the western front, and a KT every 200 games. None of the S-Tier gold order weapons would be in game, and german teams would have 65 year old men and 14 year old boys manning machine guns at top tier. Have balance across the spectrum so that the outcome of games isn't determined by meta, but by player competency. If the game is meant to be historical, don't immediately contradict that ideology by having a max rank team of axis running around hosing people with conders and KTs. On the same hand, give the axis something that can actually compete with the P-47 in terms of being the king of air to ground and a solid support fighter.

I really hope that higher level AA guns will also be a thing. AA needs to be slightly reworked like the aiming dot is not accurate and i feel like they don't do enough damage

Now I wonder what will be the ratio exchange. „Veterans box with old event rewards for silver“ Its not the best way how to bring back old squads but that depends on the price, I'd be okay if one would cost 10k silver. „Penalties for deserters“ The biggest issue with them are going to be if you accidentally enter the match, if DF puts in like 10-15 second timer with reduced penalties at the start of any match then it would be fine.

Veteran's box, i think should ONLY include weapons. And not squads. With exception to paratroopers. Cause paratroopers. But the weapons from squads should be in the box. So people who joined later, or missed out on the event can still have a chance to atleast get the weapons. Like the Charlton LMG, Horn STG or the PPK-42. Along with all the others. And these solo weapons can be equiped by every squad. Vehicle squads could be in this box as well tbh. Atleast the more special ones. Like the AA and fuel bomb planes

@@ADB_UWIM_2807 i did say vehicle squads should be in them. Same for paratroopers. But the ppk42 assaulter squad, the charlton lmg squad, the hirn stg assault squad, etc. Shouldnt be in there. But the weapons should. These squads have nothing special to offer, except for their guns. While the para, apc abd vehicle squads do offer special features

Since in the future they plan to implement the possibility of inviting friends to started games, they should also add the possibility of seeing how many real players there are in the games and how many are bots.

Russians would have the 76mm Zis 3 i assume. Besides this they could get the 57mm Zis-2, or even the 100mm BS-3. I wonder if the Veteran's box will just include weapons, or also some of the event squads that have appeared. To be fair, i wouldn't mind if they event squads would be left out, but their weapons are in the box. For example the Horn STG. Or the Charlton LMG. Just without the squads

@@theendermenofficial After watching a video (totally random), i have learned something about the D-44. And why i think it won't come to Enlisted. Yes, testing started in 1944. But it wouldn't start production untill 1946, so making numbers little to none during ww2. Though this hasn't stopped DF before

Sounds more like an unfair advantage i know I pick console only lobbies because that way I can compete with people flying planes a lot easier because pc definitely have the advantage in planes also the fact you can bind more buttons then a normal controller player a lot of controller players can’t do as much because of key binding conflicts like hip leaning or zeroing a weapon

@@joshlittle162 yeah i always set the crossplay setting to consoles only because playing against PC players is just a death wish but now since they are gonna introduce keyboard and mouse support for console I'm gonna be switching the crossplay setting so i can play with my PC friends but i do get your point of it being unfair. i guess they can make a setting where if you're playing with keyboard and mouse on console you can't use the 'play with other console players crossplay setting' as to make it more fair for people playing on controllers

Game chat while on menu is a must - people doesn't usually go on discord with randoms, just being able to say hi wanna go dc next match is all you need. Only 2-3 big discords in whole community apart from official.

I like most of this, im a little nervous about that no deserting because some missions can’t be completed in certain game modes and it’s not always viable to play out 4 games to beat one mission.

Finally, new high BR AT guns. Allied 57mm AT gun just tickles Tigers and it only has solid shot AP with bad pen.

Hope they add in game mic😊

For the high BR Soviet Anti-tank guns, they could either do the 100 mm field gun 1944 (BS-3) or the 122 mm gun M1931/37 (A-19). A variant of the A-19 would be modified and renamed to the D-25T for the IS-2.

@spinosaurusiii7027 , Fair points. I don't know about the ML-20 since that's more of an Artillery/Siege gun, but the D-44 is an option as well. I guess only time will tell.

@@Beans244 Well, since you mentioned the A-19, I thought of the ML-20, since it's on the same carriage (at least the later production), which is part of the reason why the ISU-122 exists. But yeah, it would be pretty big for an "AT gun"

The old event squads thing makes me the most anxious. I really hope it’s done well, honestly I just need good paratroopers for US or Germany. I didn’t see the joining player mid-game, this would be nice since I get disconnected a couple times a day usually with how my internet works.

I'm right there with you! I missed all the paratrooper events, so my only paratrooper squads are the American and German premium ones

Also there’s more things they didn’t add too the list so they’ll be going in depth into what these mean what will happen while talking and showing other things that they didn’t add to that list of plans So Quadro expect more videos about the updates

If they launch a new campaign it could be either the battle of Galjin Gol, the Soviet invasion of the puppet state of Manchuria in 1945, it could also be the Caserine Pass or some campaign using the French although it would be unlikely or the battle of Brest or Kursk, and With the AT weapons, for the Soviets there is the BS-3, which was a 100 mm cannon or D-44 85 mm cannon, and for the Japanese, well, Gaijin already put in a couple of tanks that didn't even exist, so we wouldn't be surprised if they put in some experimental cannon if new things like weapons come along. and campaigns for my excellent

For Soviets the AT options are just about anything 57 mm Zis-2 76 mm Zis-3 (my love, Zis barrage go brr) 85 mm D-44 100 mm BS-3 though of course technically all but the Zis-2 are field guns I mean if you go along with Soviet doctrine you could even use the 122 mm A-19 152 mm ML-20 as AT

Older consoles like ps4 and older x box don’t have discord so saying discord exists doesn’t fix that issues and saying discord exists excludes those who don’t wanna have to sit and add half there game to a chat it’s easier to just go game and then call things out and if people wanna work as a team they can choose to go game it wouldn’t be that difficult to implement I’m sure

There should be a map voting system and a continue playing option in the same lobby

I hate how they are going to add penalties for deserters, because when you leave a match, it really tries to rub in how much of a dishonourable coward you are, when in reality you might just need to leave to deal with something in real life, but I guess most gamers don't have a life. Also, for the new AT guns, I really want them to add the British 17 pounder as an engineer structure

Nah, it'll be like war thunder. Where you can choose. Unless you are on console and have cross-play switched off, in that case you only get paired with other controller players but it takes awhile to find a match.

I’d like to see a fortification game mode where we get time to build up defenses and the enemy get time to plan an attack on the single fortified position
