Absolutely. As I said I now charge for shipping, offer free 30 day returns, I give 3 shipping options (slow ,fast, and fastest) which would be first class, priority and next day air. The reasoning behind this thought is that most people filter lowest price first so I give them that eye candy then secondly people are just lazy and they always round down the numbers when they add the 2 prices together. Thus they end up paying more. Ebay rewards you when you select free returns with a boost in search rank so why not right? Also offering more than one shipping method gives you a boost as well.
