The Cupra Born is said to be the first-ever hot hatch with an electric motor. It might be based on the Volkswagen ID.3, but it gets its own unique personality, thanks to a more sporting body and copper accents. Three versions are offered, including an e-Boost model with an extra 30bhp - slashing the 0-62mph dash to just 6.6 seconds. When fitted with the 58kWh battery, the Cupra Born can manage up to 260 miles between charges, but a 77kWh battery extends this to 340 miles. It’s a practical family car too; four adults can get comfy and there’s a decent 385-litre boot. Should the Born be your first electric car? Sara puts it to the test.

The comments about her driving position are quite mean, but they do have a point. She seems like she's holding onto the steering wheel for dear life and is pulling herself up to see over it.
I've never in my life seen anyone sit like that in a car!

Can't someone tell her how to adjust the seat height and steering wheel? Never seen anyone driving a car where the steering wheel is at the height of the eyebrows.

I've had mine for a month , Im really happy with it 0-60 is 6.7 seconds as proven on car WOW

This review is spoiled by the chalkboard voice unfortunately. Every other review also says the Born is far better to drive than the ID3, except this one…..
Renault Megan E Tech 60khw battery 🔋 22kw charge or up to 130kw better interiors but UK models don't get 12 inch screen and leather seats why not Renault UK Ireland do 0_60 7.4 and same money 35k to 39k

Maybe we could stop this nonsense type of review. This car is very little different from the ID3 so no point in this headline grabbing title of the first electric hot hatch, even the Nissan Leaf does 6.9 0-62 and nobody ever called it a hot hatch
