My favorite part of this home is the backyard. I loved how the pool was designed like a mini-river with the jacuzzi being in the middle. I am a Cali native so I loved the grass area with the lounge chairs and palm trees. Everything else was well-positioned. I know that is an upgrade but that's a dream backyard in my book. The other part of the house that was a favorite was the hangout area on the 2nd floor. It had 2 mini-fridges and what I most loved about it is that it seemed big enough to make a multi-purpose space. It's good also for exercise, meditation, gaming, and crafts. At least, that was where my imagination went. Overall, it's pretty decent but I obviously liked certain things more than others.
I love the house...omg! I outdone change the chandelier and the accent wall in the master room. Love, love the bar area and the pre kitchen. Toll Brothers.... nicely done!

That 3 part kitchen alone... I know the middle is a bar but still. I'm an artist and culinary is my backup. I love it!
Only thing I’d add to this house is another office. Maybe I’d siphon off a portion of that rock and roll space. Honestly there’s is nothing I could find wrong with it. Just fantastic.

Cabinets aren't my style master was ok should have a doorway to master bathroom from the bedroom. Backyard is amazing thanks for sharing.

Price is perfect.
Wish there was more room between houses as you mentioned. With the whole hillside being unoccupied they could build them further apart. Not much view with the side windows other than your neighbor's bedroom. A bigger front and backyard/driveway with the home further back would be awesome, and third car garage that isn't tandem, maybe even a basement or a larger 1st floor master with a larger bathroom and indoor jacuzzi. Also, about a third of the price like for a similar home in Texas lol.

just a though why do they splurge on all areas and leave bedrooms with carpets and bathrooms with shower curtains, i just dont think they belong in a house with this price point period

How does the landscaper get to the greenery that borders the pool on the side and back? There is no walking path.

Nice home and tour, and the kitchen and the prep kitchen ... Excellent! But for 2 million dollars it still doesn't seem right for you to be that close to your Neighbors, just like if you had bought a home for 200,000.... ijs.

Yes it’s the same climate! Why would it be different? It’s not MA or Virginia.
Small bedrooms.wish they invest more inside the bedrooms more than the halls and kitchen n bar and doorways
He forgot to mention and the nosy neighbors with binoculars.
Master suite must always have 2 toilets (his and hers)… kids each have their own and I must share mine or wait my turn? Critical matter.
Beautiful large home but some of the rooms are way too small. Poor layout of the rooms. The sell out for me was the living room and kitchen. I love high ceilings of the master living room.🤗
What is the Covid price?? Secondly OC is in the middle of nowhere compared with the elite communities in SoCal. OC is where you live when you can’t afford BH, Malibu, Santa Monica....
