The laundry under the stairs is different... Its the first time that I have seen that myself.

THE HOME IS NICE BUT THEY SHOULD HAD ADDED A FOOD PANTRY LANDRURY ROOM IS TOO SMALL MAYBE ADDED A GRILL FOR THE PATIO

What is the process of buying a house in TX, do you need a 2year of work history Im looking to relocate.

Most mortgage companies do require 2 years of work history unless you have a contract which stipulates your income for 2 or more years in advance. Feel free to give me a call or email me and I can explain more of the options.

Great tour, thank you for posting......I would not purchase a home that did not have his/her wardrobe in the master.....It's a benefit related to resale value (Wife typically desires more closet space)

I like the split master closets as well. There are a few builders who do offer that in their floor plans… I believe Perry and Grand Homes are 2 builders who offer it.

Beautiful home!

The deal breaker for me is the Primary Suite. Perry normally has very large Primary Suites. I would not want dual closets. Did not like the laundry room it was to small no sink or cabinets, the kitchen cabinets could have been better, I did like the countertops and back splash, felt the outdoor patio could have had an outdoor kitchen area, media room could have been larger, also I didnt like the entry doors. To me this is just a large house to spend over 800k for a home its has to be right. I would not want to do a lot of upgrading .👎🏾

Where is the pantry? This house is to large to not have a pantry. That would be a deal breaker for me! I also was not to keen on back splash being same material as counters. I do think over all the house is beautiful though!

The pantry was by the butlers serving area. There was a door next to the sales center room that was closed... It was being used as storage so we didn't show it. The house is beautiful. You could always select your own backsplash. It looked really good in person

From the outside, the house is beautiful. Nice layout inside. Laundry is small. But this house is spoiled by interior doors, kitchen cabinets and an ugly stove.

For that much money they should have fixed the floor in the office before showing doesn’t look like they knew what they were doing

I'm not sure what you are seeing. Keep in mind this is a model home so there is a ton of foot traffic. These model homes can take a beating over the years.
