The dining room wallpaper is certainly a “choice”😲 but somehow it works.

It's decorated very beautiful and elegant

wasn't what I expected from the exterior.... like the desk space in the breakfast nook. didn't like that you have to go through the game room to access the upstairs bedrooms, and surprised that there were no laundry on second floor. very awkward layout. great job touring the home.

Fabulous home! I love just about everything in this design-the traditional home feel has been married very nicely with great modern features. Much thought has gone into this plan and the builder chose the perfect designer/decorator. The only down side I see is the distance from the kitchen to the formal dining area with no butler’s pantry/staging area for the dishes. The home overall is so well done, however, that that’s not a deal breaker at all. The features I personally look for are: garages are not visible from the front (huge factor for me-why should I pay so much $$$ just to see garage doors when I drive up?), master is on the main level (another huge one), the upstairs bedrooms are not over the master bedroom (big feature, privacy for all), the laundry room is positioned very nicely in relation to the master suite and the kitchen. This is simply a very, very lovely family or empty-nesters entertaining home - either type of home owner could be very happy with this design. If easily doable, I’d put a stackable w/d unit upstairs; failing that, a laundry chute from upstairs to drop down into a closed cabinet in the laundry room. Again, not deal breakers. I’ll dream about this one tonight; and say my prayers beforehand❣️

Would like to see it in a 5 bedroom and instead of gold fixtures black fixtures and instead of tubs shower in all the bedrooms and instead of the air planes on wall something different different colors patterns in each room

The structure of the house Its beautiful don't like the colors interior but of course Im aware you can choose your own colors. I like the floors and stairwell its nice but not for me

I agree, sometime the designers go a little overboard on the colors. This home has one of the best floor plans I’ve seen and the community is amazing.

I love this home how it's different from other homes with the different patterns, colors and fixtures but it lost me with the closet being in the bathroom I didn't like that.

Whoever the interior designer was…they did too much. It was like color vomit and distracted me from the house. Staging is meant to let buyers imagine what they can do to make the home their own. It was overwhelming.
