Another great job showcasing new home builds in my area Marcus! We live very near to Sugar Land and have been looking to purchase closer to cypress where our daughter lives. Watching your videography of available options out there is so very helpful because we really don’t have time to actually go from location to location looking at homes ( which I love doing when I can😊)! I like majority of the homes from his builder. I know that most of the paint & fixtures are changeable, because I don’t like gold/bronze & the green. I prefer the laundry room & mud room to be separate as it is in the house. Overall, it like it & I enjoy watching you show these homes. It has to be awesome to get the chance to explore so many different beautiful properties. ❤👍🏽

Another one, great job, great showing, thank your for uploading. I liked everything about this home. Beautifully staged, the layout, etc. You showed a home a few days ago, that had an oversized while leather couch with a chaise and you commented that it was oversized and I commented that I thought it could be a larger. This media room nailed it, The room was the perfect size. Previous showing,the big ass tub in the primary bath was never situated properly.. The tub in the primary of this home was perfectly situated. This was a keeper. My only critique would be his/her wardrobe but that would not be a deal breaker b/c the pros outweighed the cons.....again, GREAT showing!!!

9 out of 10. Overall beautiful property - which you did a wonderful job showcasing! I think they missed the mark with the fireplace tile being the same as the downstairs guest bathroom shower tile. I also wasn't a fan of how they opted for two closed primary closets instead of one large open one. That media room was fantastic though!!

Im new here. I love it. Not a fan of dark colors or black trim. Love the lt floors, white walls and brass or gold but not dark staircase. Loveball the windows. BEAUTIFUL homebut honestly the kitchen needs alot of help ifi were to buy it . The Kitchen REALLY matters to Me in a home. It just needs to be alot better than that one. But it is beautiful home. Ty ❤❤❤

Great question! The closest would be Meridiana for the 80’ section in Iowa Colony about 12 miles away 👍 Sienna has the 65’ section but still very nice homes up to 4599 square feet.
