I agree, PTA West needs some rejuvenation, especially that there's a big university and colleges that side

I’m renting near uct for same price but got something waaaay different. Joburg on the come up.

Beautiful. I moved in there in 2019 while they were still building these units so 2016 is definitely not true.

2016 is correct because I first saw these apartments in 2017/2018
