Why didn't he go deeper into Lenasia. This video gives the impression that only rich Indians live in Lenasia. 😏
The Marshalltown area has always been decent. Let's see him purchase one of the alien-occupied cesspools
It does appear that honestly this building would be more profitable if you made This building for office / business space
I would renovate the bathroom, paint walls white , ( but I don’t like color so ) the building has potential but would modernized it more
2:08 You suddenly sounded very South African with that knee-jerk "Howzit... Good, good" 😁
Still think they should hire actors to play provincial, Tuscan folk who come out on the faux balconies every so often to hang up washing and yell things like "Ciao, Fabrizio!" "Va bene?!" And... er... "Spaghetti!" at passers by and each other. 😂🤣
I love Animals 💞💝😍🤍✊🏾💯

Lenasia is beautiful,BUT ITS A VERY DANGEROUS PLACE TO LIVE IN .
I am grateful for Lenz ❤
Lenasia was once a nice place to visit. We did a lot of our yearly Christmas shopping there. They also once had a beautiful resort called " Islands in the sun". Sadly, the resort closed down. Most business owners moved out. I loved the huge mansions. Some of my friends lived in those mansions. They sold up and left because the crime rate was increasing by the second. They have a lovely mall. Lenasia was the place to hang with friends and families. Not anymore.
I was the armour curator at the Museum for 39 years. Running vehicles include the 1924/1940 Crossley Armoured car ,SA Recce car Mk 1. Mk3, Mk 4 and Mk 6. The universal carrier was also restored to running condition as was the Chev 15 cwt, Saraccen, Eland 60 , Eland 90, Ratel 20. The Autoblinda 40 and CV 35 were alslo o restored but not to running condition.

The day in August before the annual SAAAC Fair
Note how peaceful until you reach informal settlements.
I’m born and lived most of my live in SA. Been living last 12 years in the USA. I’m also investing in property in SA. Lot of potential and changes coming. I agree, home prices are great to buy now while ZAR is weak.
How do we connect with him

220 000 years??? Earth is +- 6000 years old. huh! 😮
I would have liked to see the inside of a mosque
There was life elsewhere at that time Africa was not special. Or the beginning of life on Earth 🌍 it was probably late to the party 🎈 if anything
Saw the cheetah fly over in 2014 over my house after the big airshow at Waterkloof. These planes are really amazing. The airshow in 2024 was also very spectacular and the big Boeing in the beginning is also really amazing inside and I think it is the 777 but not sure. Please make more of these videos really love them
Boing 777
They were moving Gold using those tunnels
I am really proud knowing that the train in our country is manufactured in our backyard. Proudly South African .
Going on and on with luxury developments when the poor are languishing in corrugated iron substandard accommodation not fit for human habitation. But miraculously ANC wins mandate to govern again albeit WI coalition with repulsive new nationalist party, called DA.
I know this building in Rissik Street, it was refurbished by OLD MUTUAL years back when I lived in the CBD its one off my favorite buildings, if it is up for loft rental I'd rent the a unit.
My ex house was pictured there 😁😁😁. Fornately I managed to get out of there. Lenaisa is a really dangerous place with alot of crime. The entire area is surrounded by squatter camps.
Not safe in Jhb
It's a Italian homeless center now, officially!! now let's celebrate.
Such incredibly blue clear skies. Wow stunningly beautiful
His lying: He hijacked the building because his homeless at South Africa.
Completely different from what I saw in actual India. Indians in Africa are well off than back in India.
So what's your point? We hardworking and make it happen to improve our lives
@@Ritesh-yy1zr my point is africa offers better than India.... What's your point? Indians in India don't work hard??
Beautiful building. Congratulations! Glad you took the plunge. I'm positive it will bring a strong ROI for you.
Architecture and style of this building looks impressive and well maintained, even the surrounding buildings.Congratulations on your investment. Opportunities in beautiful South Africa are really sought after by international investors.
