If the cops falsified a police report which is a legal document, why are they still employed? That should have been grounds for immediate termination!

Now consider how many times this happens and isn't caught on camera. Consider how much Actual harm the police do in the name of preventing hypothetical harms.

"stop resisting" 2 New Zealanders killed in 2 separate incidents by American police after they had rung them for help. As a child I looked up to America, how blind I was.

It’s almost humorous- almost but not. I’d seriously bet that when a police officer is at the gym, either lifting heavy weight or striking a punching bag, the entire time the cop would be chanting ‘Stop Resisting!’ By a cops definition; if the suspect MOVES while being beaten or tasered, the suspect is RESISTING! Getting punched in the head/face and if you pull your arms to cover your head- that’s RESISTING! And of course since you weren’t actually ‘resisting’ then obviously you can’t ‘stop’ doing something you weren’t doing. But you still get ‘failed to comply with lawful orders’. Truly cowardly. What type of a narcissistic sadistic psycho are they pinning badges on? Even the ‘subject Fought with police’? The ‘subject’ has a face that resembles hamburger, while the only injury on the cop(s) is scraped knuckles. So who was ‘fighting’? Isn’t more-so that the subject was fighting for his life, attempting to prevent further injury? Run from cops (foot or vehicle) = cop retaliation! Their egos, that perceived slight to their presumed authority, and they attempt to kill.

There should be EXTRA PUNISHMENT AND JAIL TIME for officers who commit Constitutional rights violations and police brutality, as they should be held to a higher standard than citizens. Near the end of the video, Melton says it's just "a few" bad officers. This story @1:55 shows NINE officers on the screen. Nine out of FORTY-FIVE. That's 1/5 ( *20%* ) of ALL the officers in East Cleveland. Melton has bought into the "few bad apples" argument but is old enough to know that the saying is "A few bad apples *spoil the barrel* ". If you find bad apples in your barrel full of apples, that means ALL THE APPLES ARE SUSPECT.

Like many other examples posted online from everywhere show: The cops scream the same scripted lines while almost dead, injured, smaller bodies lie on the pavement, face down, with large heavy officers on top yelling, "stop resisting" over and over after handcuffs are on. The ego is manic and does not stop the demands until well after a motionless, handcuffed body lies cold. Sometimes they scream "GUN" rapidly just before shooting an obviously unarmed black person, very young or very old senior. The scripted phrases are used so often, with no video showing any purpose for the yelling. Blue cry wolf and get away with assault or murder every day. Enablers stand by without any rebuttal to the horror and terror upon others.

I'm sure their gang union will do everything in their power to protect them and get them off with as little punishment as they can. I'm surprised they all didn't get paid vacation.
