NEW BAFANG ULTRA on a Fat Cat-4 Quad - The Power You Want - UTCustom Catrike Fat Quad Highlight
Our latest and greatest motor option is here: the Bafang Ultra. You'll get a sneak peak of it on this UTCustom Fat Cat-4 Quad. Mary's Fat Cat-4 quad is built off of a Lava Red Catrike Expedition. The 20-inch front wheels paired with the 26ers in the back give quad an aesthetic that we love. While the tread on the tires of this particular quad make it more suited to riding on the pavement, some knobbier tires will make any Fat Cat quad a capable off road machine. Then if you throw on the Bafang Ultra motor? There's no where you can't go.

Ahhhh UT is back. All is now right with the world.
SO AWESOME to see you guys back! I can't get enough of your builds.
We missed your videos. Thank you for keeping the people triked (and quaded)!
I live like 5 mins from the Rohloff Factory in Germany. Love those guys! Great silent gears!
Glad your back i figured you were super busy. The amount you have done to enhance recumbant riding is absolutely awesome. Looking forward for more content yahhhhhh Lois .
Awesome to see you all back on the youtubes. great video as always
Hello, finally got a video, 3 months without it's hard, thank you.
So happy to see y’all back!
You are back, hell yeah, That quad, HELL YEAH. Looking forward to some new episodes.
I have the bafang ultra with torque sensor from Utah trike and it is great ...best of all worlds...1000 plus watts .....torque sensor ...throttle ....and the weld onto the boom is perfect
Great to see Kait presenting the videos. she rocks. Torque sensors give a natural feel to the ride, fat tyres have extra rolling resisitence and add weight.
That was a major upgrade. Not just the quad, but also the "new" Lewis. Incredible on a hulkish level. Welcome Back Guys!
I so missed you Hone , I thoart bad things had happend to you all nice to see ya back, Hamilton New Zealand
Glad y'all are back on here
We miss you guys, can't wait to see when you get back! Always awesome videos!
You always leave me wanting more,... so glad to see you back. 😃😃😃
Welcome back!! OMG the ⭕️ work loved it. Yep I actually skipped back a few time to watch it again and again.
Glad you’re back in with an awesome build I drool over the hot rod style quads every time I see them
Glad to see you’re doing videos again
Glad your back. Great video!
Yay! You're back... And so very missed!
Welcome back to Kait and the Team @ Utah Trikes. We missed you. Yipeeeeee, now you are back on ''Track''.

That's 💜 so amazing! I have a wonderful friend getting married in Payson in June 😁 & the 1st thing I thought of was... If I could get there (I live in SC), I would SO be visiting Utah Trikes!! 🤣
Missed you all. I saw this a couple weeks back but I have been too tied up to view it until now. In my simple life if I can get that tied up I can well imagine how you all were there. That is a beautiful quad.
Welcome Back!!!
So many choices. Awesome
Yes, Love This !!
welcome back I missed you guys
Now that's pretty damn cool!
Welcome back...... We missed you all.
*Fun for everyone.*
Welcome back - missed you!
Lindas bikes! Cheias de tecnologia ! Parabéns !
So good to see you back Kait. I am totally enjoying my AZUB Ti Fly X. Flying downhill at 34+ mph, all you feel is wind. That suspension turns the pavement into glass. Amazing. You guys do some impressive engineering. Bafang with a torque sensor and more power? Stop it! I'm still planning on coming up and volunteer some time at the shop. Take care.

Glad you're loving your Ti FLY! It was a marvelous build! Keep all three wheels on the road. Unless you're feeling bold.
Love it
Where have you been? Waited for a new vid, excited to watch it! Good job!
welcome back from Canada
Yay! I missed your videos.
We missed you!!!
Welcome back
That thing looks a blast to ride
I thought you all got the big C . Great to see you back.
That thing is awesome.
EXCELLENT!
I knew something had changed with Lewis’ face...which I’ve never actually seen. Probably reduced his weight by enough to do that big ol smoky burnout. You guys are so cool.
I've been two tired - went trikin'. My cycologist's advice.
Bout time yall return
I spend many hours on your content. It guides my purchase. It looks as if your crew gets my business. See you all soon, Trike the World!

Hi Kate!! Lewis looks like he is on Vacation. 8) Well done again UT!!
Great stuff 👌👍
YES!! Great to see you guys/girls back on You Tube. Please take this comment as constructive criticism. I have called your customer service line approximately 3 times and left detailed messages about what I wanted. The return phone call was nothing short of a waste of time. I had to completely repeat why I called, didn't they bother to listen to my voice mail, And the person calling sounded half-dead. No enthusiasm in his voice, didn't sound helpful in the least. You have some great products that I want to buy but, do I really want to buy from them if they don't seem to care about me. ☹ These guys need to take some excitement lessons from Kate!
Looks pretty slick. Wondering if you've ever considered a handcycle version of the trike? T-6 paraplegic of 28 yrs. that would love to get back out on the road. The offerings available are really unstable at speed (my old Lightening front-wheel-drive trike rolled a few times in high speed turns) and/or clunky junk, for lack of a better term. Welcome back.
Love the music, you do a great job on the video’s
If you made a cool weatherproof roof and doors for this, I would buy it instantly!
one year into owning, and climbing the learning curve I'm getting my second trike. I'd like to see videos on the "basics", like interpreting the display (including the "factory settings" option, the real way to make sure the magnet is functioning, how to get a handle on the power useage, etc ("watt hours" took me three months to understand), etc. I know you're busy but I'm the next generation of buyers! Huzzah!

and to you!
What a nice trike, I wish that Utah trikes will also be available here in the Philippines. It would be nice if that will happen because the trike would be useful to me being a PWD. God Bless.
It's like a car but without any of the things that will keep you safe... I want one!
What internal gear hubs can you pair with a Schlumpf Mountain Drive?
Is it possible to use a cyc x1 pro mid drive instead of a bafang ultra?
As a 70+ year old geezer now living in Montana I'd like to try one of these. I currently ride a fat tire 2-wheeler and need the extra boost.

You look so much tired, but keep up the good work 👍 amazing builds I look forward to see what you guys could do next
Kkkkkkkkkkkkaty you Rockkkk.!!👍👍👍🤗
Is it possible to retrofit the Ultra onto 2020 UTC Crawler?
Your good go cart
Coul you sale the rear differential?
Do you have it w solid aluminum rims?...or fiberglass??
What happened? Where have you guys been? I’ve been missing you all
I have a jouta quad I'd like to put 2 750wtt motors on the rear can u help
What is your recommended road trike if spending big money is an issue?
Great fat cat, but do you make a true two wheel or four wheel drive machine with diff lock etc
Any chance of a video on electric motors and batteries. How many jigawatts do I need vs want?
I’m 6’-6” with a 36” inseam. Can the quad be adjusted to fit my length?
Have you guys made the next video about this motor. I have questions!
A Bac 800 or a Phase Runner, matched with a 72 Volt battery at 50 Amps continuous and 70 Amp peak would make this into a fun lil sand rail! Pop some 4.8 In. tires on and look out fun!
@UT : could I get this quad with a 2500 watt electric motor is it possible ? And I would want the top mph to be like 35 - 40 if possible ?
An enclosure for this ride would be awesome.
una belleza
The ground clearance is real good although 26 inch tires in front would be a bit better.
i have newer needed a lower gear... is there a cheaper option for higher only?

Can the Villager come in a folding option?
Where do you park these expensive trikes/quads in a city setting? Been watching your videos and I’m getting inspired...lol
Make please best hand trolley on one wheel for off road.
Pity you're on another continent. But in spirit, I follow Utah Trikes. Warp speed for my TRIcon please.

@@UtahTrikesOnline 2500km in 3 months, after 30 years motorbiking.
Can I get one of these quad 26 wheels alround and that I feel like I'm in my sofa full mudguards in glossy black good speed when I need it. And the term and price
Do you know of quad bike that would work for a larger disabled man for off road use(sand, rocks & Mt. trails)? I can pedal some but would mainly use throttle only.
