This show SLAPS. I love Korra and her hot headed attitude.
I personally love korra a lot and she's my favorite avatar so i'm excited for this!!
I'm happy you started LOK. You need to keep watching all the season to answer your question to know who is alive and who is dead. Be aware season 1 is UNPREDICTABLE(the whole cartoon in general too), dude!
i love korra so much, i actually lost count of how many times i've watched this show
Dude please continue this series its so good and adds so much to avatars lore
The suki disrespect lol

I fcked up bad on that one 😂😂
I like how the original gaang was in the intro. Aang, Zuko, Katara, Toph, Sokka, and Suki. Glad they did that.
Yes! I'm so glad you started this series... We're here for the journey🔥🙌🏾
i love korra!!! i think even if you're a korra hater you can't deny it has some great animation and music at the very least
I always loved the detail that the triple threat triads are only ever made up of a water earth and fire bender because it's the only three bending styles other then air which are peaceful and all related to aang and metal which is taught to only certain earth benders mainly law enforcement ;)
TLOK takes place 70 after ATLA. Katara is 84, and Korra is 17 in Book 1. It has been said that ATLA was about a person learning how to be the Avatar, while TLOK is about an Avatar learning how to be a person. Tenzin is voiced by the legend J.K. Simmons. Amon is voiced by the legendary Steve Blum. Lin Beifong is voiced by Mindy Sterling, aka the bagpipe-playing teacher from iCarly, and Dr. Evil's henchwoman Frau Farbissina in the Austin Powers movies. (She's a legend to me.😉)
Just a thought: the White Lotus guy says they've investigated Avatar claims in the North & the South, but what if the Avatar were born as a Foggy Swamp waterbender? I think it'd be cool Dive deeper into bending minorities such as Foggy Swamp, Sandbenders or Sun Warriors. Or even to add more subgroups. That's one thing I like about the Kyoshi & Yangchen books; they paint a picture of a world that is more culturally diverse than the 4 nations of the original series. In addition to the 4 nations, you have things like the Fifth Nation, a group of pirates south & east of the Earth Kingdom, or the Shang cities which served as centers of commerce that operated independently of the 4 nations. Both groups had benders & non-benders from different nations, so I find these stories interesting, as it can seem that before the Hundred Year War, the world had always been 4 nations, no more, no less Edit: went on a bit of a tangent, but still 😅
The shows are siblings. You don’t want to put them against each other. They work together to enhance the Avatar family
There IS an explanation for how/why there are more air bison. If I remember correctly, the explanation comes at the end of Book 2 Episode 8. not really a spoiler, but I'll let you learn it on your own :)
So excited for you to see Korra, this show is SO GOOD!! I will always love ATLA more, but this show has grown on me over the years, and I love it for what it is. The characters and journey of all of them are still a beautiful, deep and amazing story. I hope you enjoy!
Me having a flashback seeing Katara hugging Korra goodbye: "That's amazing [Roku]! I can't believe you were friends with monk Gyatso, just like I was!" "Some friendships are so strong, they can even transcend lifetimes." 😐🫢🙁☹️🥺😭
Super excited for these Korra reactions! I love this show and Korra herself
I'm starting to forgot Korra, glad i can rewatch it with one of my favorite reactor 🔥 Keep yourself healthy brother 👊🏼
im here for the Korra reaction i LUV this show cant wait to watch the rest of your journey
Amon is voiced by Steve Blum he's so A W E S O M E
Yeeay I'm so excited for your Korra reactions and I'm gonna enjoy rewatching with you 😊👍🏻
Hell yeaah excited for this one
I'm so excited for this!!🎉🎉❤
Katara is 84 here. Because of his time in the iceberg, aang was drained of life force, so he died when he was 66.
2:54 Man that hit the feelings 🥲
With all the sh8 Nickelodeon did to this show, its a miracle it still came out bomb ❤
Katara is old, but she's not THAT old. Aang died rather prematurely but peacefully from natural causes because being frozen in ice for 100 years took a toll on his body. This is never explained in the show so I'm not spoiling anything here, but it helps understanding how Katara is still around.
Woo lets goooo!
i think the 'dont compare' needs to be clarified as 'its not the same story structure' its also a bit of a different genera so the show is never 1 to 1 which i think got a bit lost in those messages XD
Hell yeah brother
Apparently there’s a new Avatar series being released in 2025, it’s gonna be an Earth Bender Avatar and it’s set 100 years after Korra. Hopefully they don’t fuck it up 🙏🏼.
Altough there is wiggle room Season 2 is considered the worst and Season 3 is considered the Best 1 and 4 are in the middle
Will you do reactions on beyblade metal fusion?
i love this show, but it has its flaws bc of nickelodeon being incapable of minding their own business. i hope you enjoy it as much as i do.
The issue I have with Korra is that she struggles with almost nothing. And what she does struggle with is never really solved. That's pretty much it and and it's lack of fluidity.
