""Someone in Abuja told me that the embassy in Abuja can only give you visa , then when you get to austria then you need to move your fund to an Austrian bank you just opened , print statement and proceed to immigration to obtain your resident permit , so some people don't know this part, they just think that they can get money from Thier home country put in Thier account and print statement to apply for the permit that's a NO , you only get a maximum of 4 months visiting visa"

I did legalization and verification of my academic credentials in 2017, will I still do the same for austria university applications

I was told that you can't start authentication, legalization and verification process without recieving admission offer.... Pls Sir I need more clarification on this thanks.

You only legalize your academic docs by the country of issuing institution. In this case, yours is Benin. I graduated from ESCT UNIVERSITY, though the school that offered me admission, the country needs no legalization of any sort. It's Denmark.
