What did you go for mate? Edition 1? What colour and any extras?

Considering an Edition 1 order - this was very helpful - thx for uploading. I think for the price of the extended interior lights, £110, it is well worth it. It makes such a difference to the ownership experience. Certainly more than the storage pack does!

Also would love to know what you think of the matrix lights and other features of the car you like or dislike over tiem

Just ordered A3 Sportback Sline no ambient lighting now due to chip shortage, pity as it looks great

Beautiful spec and choice of colour.. White really suits Audi, as long as it's not ibis white.

James Randall just an overall review of the sunroof. Both the amount of lighting when on and off as well as curtains. This is one of the upgrades i went for in my A3 so a review would be appreciated mate

Looks much cleaner looking without the letters , and I didn't realise the ambient lighting was in the rear too , it certainly looks great inside with it all light up

Riz1786 There are lights in the doors but just standard ones. So no rings or anything. However very easy to replace

Mate if you remove the badging on the car, i think i heard you say the car was leased..do you have to notify them of removing the badging and secondly, how would you install them back?

So I’ve just picked mine up today… I was told the ambient lighting came as standard. But it hasn’t. I am so gutted. Do you know if it Should it of come as standard??? Thanks

Great content, I have a glacier white A3 saloon, so I am sure I will replicate some of your modifications, keep up the good work!

Should have de-selected the badging when you ordered it. Audi, BMW and Mercedes all let you do it. Got them to do it for my A3 Edition 1. Can’t wait to get it!

@@zerocool5238 it’s no longer an official available option in the UK but I believe dealers who really wanted to go the extra mile for a customer could possibly make contact with the manufacturer and arrange this.

I tried asking my dealer about removal. He said it’s too late in the order to do that, nothing about they can’t. However he did say “just use some dental floss and it will come off clean”. So that’ll be fun

It is a sexy car, the white must be the brightest white on any car, I drive on the motorway almost every day, and I’ve seen a few of these, a good eye catcher, which will turn heads. What’s the rrp price on this actual model. This is the 35model 1.5 turbo 150break???

Do u get the audi puddle lights if u hav a3 s line saloon comfort and sound pack with ambient lights ?

I’m only aware of people getting puddle lights already in the car with the edition 1. However they are very easy to change and cheap online, so I’d advise not adding them but buying them separately and fitting them yourself

Do you know how many colours the standard ambient lightening comes with?

petrol removes glue really well but be careful

Hello, i am loving your videos re the A3 Edition 1, i am getting mine on 11 May, can i just clarify do you get the audi ring puddle lights as standard? I have a feeling when i was configuring the order that some of the extras are a bit vague. I ordered my car on 10 December 2020 but was fully updated by my dealer. Anyway your car looks mint, i went for turbo blue!

On the Audi configuration it says you have to add them as an extra however mine already had the rings fitted in the door as do most people’s ive seen. If they don’t come with it I think you can pick them up very cheap from somewhere and they are very easy to fit. So definitely wouldn’t add them

Would have been even better if there was ambient lights around all of the floor mats , also if tney can flash .

Just picked up an edition 1 saloon, doesn’t show the Audi badge on the floor when u open the doors?? I have ambient lighting

Hi Hugo. I placed my order mid September and I’ve had it a week. So all in all it took 6 months, however things seem to be moving a bit faster now for people. Delivery was about 6 weeks after build week. If I was you I would chase your dealer or lease company as much as possible to get them to move things forward

Hugo I would have expected you to have been allocated a build week by now. I was build week 4 (so forth week of the year) On the same time scale you should hope that yours would be going in to be built in about 3 weeks but you should have been told by now

Make it 53 tfsi. Ez free horsepower

Does 2024 s-line come with ambient colour lighting option or did they remove it from the a3?
