Long have I waited, and yet finally worthy of my collection!

The numbers that were the same were from different decks (character and event). So one is the 25th character card and the other is the 25th event card

Thanks a lot for an unboxing and overview🙂 I've played WotR twice now (both times base game only) and loved it both times, it's a pity it's such a long game. I only have Warriors of Middle Earth expansion but it felt a bit daunting so I've never added it on to the game. Will need to hunt down Lords eventually as heard the same thing, it's meant to be a great expansion... Merry Christmas🙂

I recommend to play WotR a few times without expansions! Learn to get used to the rules and find ways to win as shadow and free people. Only after figuring that out I would add an expansion. Enjoy!

To clear things up, Black Serpent is not a leader of Easterlings but of Haradrim, he led a cavalary countercharge during the Battle of Pelennor fields against Théoden himself but was slain by the Rohirrim King, while Shadow of Mirkwood is (as there was a leak during the creation stage) a vampire, yes they did exist in Middle-Earth, mentioned in Silmarillion once I believe, it seems they must be lesser Maiar which came to inhabit a body of a bat (like Werewolves) or took shape of a specific form in this case bat-like

An alternative to the Shadow of Mirkwood would have been upgrading one of the Nazgul to Khamul the Lieutenant of Dol Guldur.

Did you have the chance to try it? How does it compare to the other two expansion? I bought it ASAP once it was in my local store but I haven't had the time to play it.

I like it. It’s not too intrusive to the game mechanics like Warriors but it does give some additional options for where to spend actions.

Are you in the US and did you get a shipping notification before it arrived?

The siege machines were suppose to be in this expansion in all honesty, its a pity too, as i feel they should've just waited in releasing this until they had it ready, that is what they showed was a big addition to what was suppose to be in this 3rd expansion. The 3rd expansion was a little disappointing considering all the things that were shown or discussed previously in that review video a year or 2 back

Any idea when this will be available for retail purchase?
