I saw you use a 70-200 and was that impressed with it that I went out and bought myself a Sigma 70-300mm f/4-5.6 DG macro. This seems like it's going to be quite a learning curve as it seems, to me, that it's not as straight forward as my 50mm. Love the films and always look forward to the next one. I've never been to New York and would like to make that trip. It's a long way from Scotland but, who knows.

The sigma 70-300 is a great lens from what I’ve seen. I think for the beautiful landscapes of Scotland that lens will bring some great results. I’m glad to hear you enjoy the videos man. I’d love to see some of the images you get. Send me some pictures on Instagram or tag me if you post

I was curious about the Vessel's current status. I read that it was closed several times due to multiple suicide jumpers. Is it open now? I am enjoying your videos. Having never been to NYC, it is interesting to walk around with you. I am curious, with so much to see, how do you narrow in on something to shoot? The puddle reflection shots I get since I do that a lot myself but how do you decide what is interesting when shooting buildings? Any rules of thumb you use?

Well to be honest it’s hard to pin point where I want to go sometimes. But once I get there I just go with the flow and see whatever catches my eye. Sometimes I’ll go to a location with a plan on what I want to shoot. The vessel sadly has been closed for good since 2019 I believe. You can walk in the bottom and look up that’s about it.

Great content, but if I'm honest the ads are pretty obnoxious. 1 minute in and there's already an ad - that sorta thing is gonna make me unsubscribe if I'm honest, no matter how good the content.
