Needs a 1970 ss body style with today's technology. Love the concept!

The Chevy Chevelle should have it's on personal body style and it shouldn't be a twin look to a Camaro body style repeat 😮

I would order one as soon as I could look at the complete design -just be sure it’s got more HP than the Hellcat rolling with 717!!!! IDC if it’s 718, I want bragging rights over my buddy……

Needs to differentiate itself, NOT a camaro look alike. Slant back glass at the least.

I'm so tired of the Chevy Camaro being used as a base for people to create renderings, or even real vehicles, of other models that are obviously just Camaros made to look a little bit different and have a different nameplate. However, they really don't even look a little bit different. The minute you look at one you say yourself, "Oh... there goes another Chevy Camaro with a different paint job and some different badging"!! 🤢 🤮

Bet if your 72 chevelle looked like a camaro or on a camaro platform you wouldn't be owning it or have it.

Scott is right, they shouldn't look like Camaros I really hate that they're going to phase out Camaros though so if they're going to get rid of Camaros this is the next best thing The rear end of that thing looks like a rocket Officially I love the idea of bringing the Chevelle back

Apparently they're not phasing out the Camaro just yet, they're renaming it. They didn't even change the roofline to look like a Chevelle. Its more Camaro than anything... Fail.

I like the idea of chevelle coming back but as this on a camaro body they might as well make it a 4 door like the dart did and not sell many at all. Kinda like the cyclone it will never be on a full-size platform or have and V8 power ran to it. Gm will never be in the running on the trucks either the shelbys supersnakes will always be offer with more power then gm can offer. And the camaro is looking more and more importy like the new vette just ugly. If they bought the vette back in a 63 style they'd make it.

I own a gen 6 Camaro 50th anniversary ss. And this would look awesome parked in my garage beside it!

Yes I see Camaro parts in the car but there are new elements that are being introduced that reflects the Chevelle. It’s not a retro but a new concept car. If Chevy going to bring back the Chevelle then do it. They need to go back to the drawing board on this one. Not a Camaro, Firebird (wheels) ElCamino car

Basically a camaro malibu mixed. Both cars are being discontinued so this car looks pretty cool if it comes out like this.

If, the Chevrolet Chevelle isn’t introduced as an electric vehicle, I think it would be quite popular; assuming the design has beautiful lines!

Maybe the younger (or older) generation didn’t realize that The Chevy Nomad had a supercharger that produced 265 horsepower with its 265 cubic inch V8. One horsepower per cubic inch. What about a 454 SS and the same horsepower? I was watching a KZread video about The P51 Mustang. This fighter aircraft had a V 12 Merlin engine with a turbocharger and 1,470 horsepower for 15 minutes. A variant had 2,270 horsepower for 15 min. They had to have a turbocharger to increase the altitude by approx 2x to 41.000 feet. Then the jets started flying in 1942 ish.

Showing a 71 Chevelle as THE classic Power plant muscle car is a JOKE right there. 70 was THE BAD BOY classic This concept is a freaking CAMARO 😊

Chevrolet needs to get smart with their designs... And with the smaller car engine performances. The camaro will change over time so this design should stay with the camaro. Chevrolet needs to make the chavelle look more retro just as dodge did the challenger.

I have been a gm buyer for over 50 years I've had every make that chevy has ever made at one time or another I'm all in for bringing back the chevelle I own a 66 138 vin car ss 396 4 speed this car has less than 60k on it but whatever chevrolet does I hope it makes it look more like a chevelle that a camaro

GM should introduce the SS Chevelle. Look at what the original 1970 Chevelle's are selling for big $$$$$$. The market is really for a muscle car from GM with a name plate of CHEVELLE SS.

The gm design team is ran by a bunch of 13 year Olds they can't think of a one off platform to design a new body style anymore.

Don't like! That's a Camaro... I like the rendering photos I've seen on the Chevelle SS concept car. Looks more like a 70 SS Chevelle.

I hope they do this, i would buy the shitty v6 version and transplant my 2005 496 big block into it!! As long as it doesn't look like a Camaro!! Otherwise I'll just buy a 45th anniversary Camaro and do the same thing!!

Camaro look alike. Give chevelle its own look or don’t build it. Every gm car has basically the same look in the front time for a change 69 chevelle come on General Motors get head out of ass.

It doesnt have any resemblance of the 70 Chevelle at all ! i dont think renaming the camaro makes it a Chevelle smh..at least give some kind of flash back look
