@@TechOdyssey really like both of these, love the leather on all of them, and how they look. I only hope Moto has a plan for trade in incentives.. pre orders starting the same day Samsung will announce and open pre-orders for the flip 6 is either genius or malpractice..either they need to have a great incentive to buy or they known they have the better phones hands down. Is lf Samsung doesn't bring the heat I am thinking one of the Razr phones will be my next phone. Loved my moto phones from the moto z to the OG edge. Only switched to Samsung for the flip. Now I might be back.. especially if the flip still doesn't support dex and both these have ready- for.

@@vpkb In a straight comparison to a Pixel or any other higher end camera centric Android device, any Moto will be behind. Id say while the cameras aren't as good, a competent and even expert photographer can close that gap. It's always been about what drives your mobile device purchasing needs. Cameras are important but not what drives my choice in a phone. Other than the cameras and a lackluster update and patching schedule, Motorola is a solid alternative to Samsung or Pixel, especially in North America where we do not have easy access to Chinese branded devices.

The last time I had a Motorola phone was more than 12 years ago. When they brought back the Razr a few years ago, I was psyched, but then disappointed when it didn't come to the US. I tried the Z Flip 2 and wasn't impressed, and when the Razr 2023 came out, I had already opted to go with a Samsung S23 Ultra which I am still currently using. I like so much about these phones, but am scared to be stuck with one that is disappointing compared with what I have now.

That RAZR is truly disappointing - Since January users have to open the phone to use Google Assistant, and Moto is not even committing to fix this critical user-function, despite still advertising that Assistant can be used with the phone closed. It is a serious defect for a phone that promotes usability when closed. The Lenovo/Moto/RAZR support/discussion board shows how little Moto is taking any responsibility of a broken feature Moto specifically promotes. Moto RAZR... outrageous you have to open the phone to use Google Assistant, awkward, not as advertised, more wear on the hinge and screen fold... since Jan '24 - still that way in June. Great idea, but someone dropped the ball on this critical function.

2023 motor razr plus had too many issues with the folding screen and possibility of drops causing lines- That phone won't last two years too delicate and the new phone looks cute but looks to have the same issues- Folding phones are more durable and to me the Samsung flip appears more durable nice looking phone but i'll never spend 1k on a phone that looks good if it's not gonna last two yeats
