When Filipinos were made, they were sprinkled with all the extra talent!!! My stepmom is Filipino.. we used to have huge karaoke parties.. i couldnt believe all of the talent in one building!!

Wow, this young lady I would say was exceptional. Her vocal control, breathing, effortless. A star in the making.

I am not Filipino but I can sing in fact it’s the one thing I can actually do well with no effort but my husband is Filipino and his voice is so beautiful as well but takes no effort AT ALl! I always tell him that his voice is so beautiful and he always says mine is better but I don’t think so! It’s true why can Filipinos sings so well without even trying my husbands runs are out of this world! I really wish he would share his gift because he should of been discovered a long time ago! I am to afraid to sing in big crowds lol

Singing competitions in the Philippines is hard because Filipinos are not easily pleased, you have to come up with a unique approach in your voice or song to be able to impress us, and if you can whistle that's plus points.

When I was a child, I asked my late father that I wanted to join any singing competition and hopefully become a singer. Sadly, it never happened due to financial difficulties that he Could not afford to support me. I understood him. Now I am 45 years old and working overseas as an OFW. But I am glad that I am still singing on stage in the foreign land here in Papua New Guinea and never had the opportunity in my land in the Philippines. Kahit hindi man nangyari pero pa tuloy pa rin ako kumakanta at nag inspire sa mga tao na showcase their talents in any platform. Daghang Salamat sa Tanan ug tinuod jud na ang mga pinoy mahilig jud mukanta ba.
