The Philippines is not all about BGC, Forbes Park, Makati Commercial Center , SM, Boracay or Ayala Alabang. We should consider all places to be well planned and in order. I’m an Architect and Urban Planner that’s why I know it. People has disregard of our P.D. 1096 which is The National Building Code of The Philippines. The City Engineering Office corrupted our infrastructures by giving permits to those illegal infrastructures to build.
