@@indorailfans2532 I'm from the Philippines, and the weather here is hot and humid unless it rains. We only have two seasons in the Philippines: Summer or dry season and Rainy season.

Born in manila and left manila when I was 9 yrs old and I remember playing in the rain flood like this lived in mandaluyong miss those days!

I'm from Chennai, 🇮🇳 My city is also like this during every Monsoon season!

I love the fact that this happens so regularly that people just get on with it and adapt. I live in a place where this doesn’t happen, so this would probably ruin my whole millennium.

I miss my childhood days when we can play outside the streets during heavy rains. Thanks for this video my friend. 😍

Stay positive to live on those monstrous disasters. 👍 gov must fortify disaster infrastructure such as sewer system. Gov. and all people just live on “Don’t worry be happy, just leave it to god” strategy , instead of doing solid improvement, sounds not a good idea to develop a country.😐

I miss my childhood like this, just playing in the rain.

I live in a part of the world where the rain is usually very cold. So I love that these kids can actually go outside and play in the warmer rain storms.

i agree with you, but not at all, we should start picking up ton of waste from river, drainage system and yes of course stop littering anywhere... i mean is that hard to put your trash into bin or garbage ?

I would hear my children singing the commercial song of; "Quack, quack, waddle, waddle (shaking their bottoms on waddle, waddle)", as they stump along. Does anyone else remember this commercial, children singing as they walk in the rain.

Ahhh Monsoon season... I remember as a little kid after the rain washes to the river there is an abundance of seafood everywhere Fish, Crab and Shrimp....

I like how everyone is outside running or playing around the heavy rain, in Japan its more different and quite.

I have been this the Philippines and to be honest I love the way there's greenery and plants everywhere to beautify the place, even the poor areas look beautiful. We take life too seriously in this country.

Nice eh. You want to be in the place after the storm has passed. The rainy season lasts for months but by some miracle the people still survive.

I always enjoyed the super heavy Rain….it was the Wind that made it a big problem…at times…but you Sleep good…if your Dry.

This reminds me of the monsoon rain I experienced during my three and a half years living in PRPC in Sabang, Morong, Bataan, Philippines. Relentless and Unforgettable…Say Hi to my old friends at PASS. I miss you.

When I saw the thumbnail for this video I was sure it was clickbait and photoshopped. But I had to click to make sure. All I can say is wow. On the one hand, what a lovely glimpse of joyful street life. On the other... how can streets like this be tolerated? Anyone who lives on the first floor risks flooding. Traffic can't get through, deliveries can't be made. If an ambulance was required, then what? That's before we consider what could be flowing in the water. Cut your foot on something you can't see, you could catch a serious disease.

I remember the heavy rain all too well, was driving my Vios and some places were SO inundated that we actually got stuck trying to get BACK out! Smart of some homes to build raised platforms, the rain can wreak havoc on the engine.

My children loved to play in the rain. Now my daughter is a grandmother who when I asked to speak to the, she said Mom it's raining, they love you, but the big puddles await them. I reminded her to have a warm bath for them, so they can drink their hot chocolate. Warming up from the inside to outside. I didn't forget, just waiting for their shivering bodies, to yell for a towel. Playing in the rain, jumping in puddles is a blast.

I remember when I was a little girl we have a canoe to play when the flood enough to flow our canoe we play and every day we change our wet clothes until we ran out of dry clothes and we ask our helper if some our clothes is dry and our mom say don’t give it to them if they can go naked in that dirty flood water, we stop because we don’t have clothes we just cover with big towel and watch in our window to see the raising of the flood

@@nash1139 Flood waters have always been dangerous in history. Why do you think that humans eventually built plumbing systems? Flood waters are destructive. They cause power outages, destroy structures, damage plumbing, destroy crops. The water itself carries lots of bacteria, disease, chemicals, viruses, sewage. If you're playing in flood water you are either stupid or just don't know any better.
