It's good to know I'm not the only one feeling like that :D I do the same, but at the end ask myself if this is worth it and contemplate suicide :/ But then I watch Ninja or Dr. Najeeb, my panic attacks calm down and then I think life isn't so bad after all :)
The word "Legend" has no plural form, coz it is only one, and that's you. You are the most and only fantastic international teacher on KZread.

This guy teaches as cutely as he himself is. Please continue making videos for us medical students We'll be grateful
Brilliant, Sir! What is outstanding in your presentation is that you immediately talking about the tracts. Confusion arises when the topic begins with talking about the Lateral Pathways and Anterior medial pathways etc.etc. Just this morning I watched the presenter getting very confused!!!! (about the anterior medial pathway which he 'dragged' it into the discussion about the lateral pathway! Sad to watch!). You are a very gifted teacher and a wonderful communicator. Your greatest gift is recognising what the "guts" of the issue is and communicating it clearly. Many who have videos on the motor pathway and other neurology topics (or on any topic) have a great deal to learn from you. Thank you and all the best! If only I had a teacher like you years and years ago in medical school.......!!!!

1st year medico sitting here during quarantine and watching your videos rather than watching my online classes!! U are truly amazing!! THANKS A LOT FOR THIS!! ❣️
Bravo! 35 minutes of fluent teaching without any interruption or hesitation
Damn !!! In the final year of medicine and now I ve finally understood the umn pathway.... The systematic approach was crazy...
Love your teaching style man. Good personality! Keep it up.
Hey! y'all killed it! I loved the enthusiasm and excitement that comes through!
don’t stop keep going downloading these masterpieces
First-year grad student here. Thank you so much for explaining so clearly! I feel like I can follow along more easily with the tracts because of this video, and I thoroughly appreciate the repetition! I definitely need it.
Just wish that university lectures are like him.😢
I personally think your videos are amazing and you've literally helped me pass my exams!! so so thankful and grateful to have tutors like you. I respect you and value your work.
First year of med school going on here and you literally saved me on my neurological anatomy course! This is so much more illustrative than reading any book! Thank you so much.

The legend himself very detailed, and well explained. You know how to make life enjoyable in the complex world of Anesthesia
I love watching your videos. They really help me understand the materials that I study at school. I feel your energy and passion on the topics that you teach, and it is amazing to see how much you have influenced me in a positive way. Thank you so much!
You're absolutely awesome!!! You are such a good teacher, You make everything so clear for me! Nobody has ever been able to explain all of this so easily, even if I'm not an english native speaker. Thank you so much!!
Im taking a neuroscience class in spanish and its killing me, but since i found this channel you guys are helping me get through this class... i get quite defeated trying to process what i read, i'm a visual learner and your drawings, explanations and repetition helps so much, thanks guys!
Been desperately searching for a good explanation for difference between Corticospinal vs Corticobulbar tract! just 4 minutes through your video helped me get through the mess I was in! Awesome! You literally help learners overcome that subtle information we are struggling to get through to becoming experts!
You literally took what professors & other videos teach in hours & days & beautifully summarized all key points in 35 minutes of pure bliss! Thank you to the moon & back!
You saved my life with this video. I spent 2 1/2 hours in lecture and couldn't grasp this but the way you break everything down step by step and build on things is so effective for learning. Thank you!!!
Great video, so helpful and easily laid out. When I learnt this in my lectures (studying Physiotherapy) my brain just shut down, but you've helped me to understand it! Hopefully it will stick for my exams in a few weeks! THANK YOU!

Thank you so much. It really helped me clear all my concepts. Now that l’am in final year,I have pretty much forgotten most of the anatomy of first year. I could recall almost everything after watching your video. Thank you once again
I have been struggling with this subject for a while. This really cleared things up! Thank you!!
one of the best and most detailed explanations I've ever heard!
In my final years of studying med in Sydney, Aus, and have always thought all neuroanat was the scariest and hardest EVER! Was sooooo stressed studying for my finals, especially stroke cases. This video answered EVERY Q i had about corticospinal tract omg I'm so ecstatic, you don't even understand. If this knowledge ever helps a patient of mine, I'll be crediting you in my head :)
This has saved me hours of textbook reading!! Thank you.
Your content is amazing. Thorough with detailed explanations, but easy to understand all the same. I'm a first year medical student and my peers and I are benefiting so much from your teaching style as we finish up our CNS unit. Keep doing what you're doing! Thank you.
This guy is a life savior
Can't thank you enough for this, I was considering myself someone who cram things but thank God now I believe on myself that I am a conceptual student
I can never thank another person soooooo much in my entire life!
The way you explain and order things is genuinely a million times more clear than the way we get taught the exact same content in Cambridge medicine...
Man, I wish I found this channel 2 weeks earlyer! You tell the neuroanatomy much more understandeble than my professors on my native language. Thank you! I have one more week, with your channel I feel some chance again!
Great work! Explained everything in full detail, definitely understand this corticospinal now! Thank you, keep it up!
Lots of my colleagues here in Poland study this crap by heart. Im one of a few that actually understands whats going on inside the brain thanks to your videos. Metabolism videos also helped me with lots of exams. Thank you :D
Your videos are wonderful! They make sense of things that my tiny brain could not fathom out after literally hundreds of pages of medical journals.
learning this thing is never been this easy, thank you so much for making me finally understand , you're ammaazing! keep on going man!
This video really helped me get pass my Physio class in my second year. Now, I'm heading into my internship. Thank you so much! 🙏
Such a clear explanation! It really is a pleasure to learn from you. Thanks team! You are making Neurology way easier for a med student.
I'm in awe oh how talented, smart, and good you are at what you do. I wish my NYU prof was nearly as good at teaching!
At the end of lecture i had an unconscious smile appeared on my face as if ive conquered the world...thanku "michael angelo" my fav character of ninja turtles

Incrível vídeo! Excelente explicação!! Me ajudou muito a colocar as informações em ordem. Muito obrigado e parabéns!
Hey, zack! I just wanna say that yesterday I gave my neuro exam and I got a full mark with honors. I studied from dense textbooks but I built the base with your easy to digest video! This is the best study technique id give for any medical student! Thanks a lot and keep the hard work. I would suggest making videos regarding gaze control tho
man, you are an angel! wish i had this motivation after watching this video back in med school.. keep it up!
You made a not english native speaker and violinist, actually writing a master´s degree thesis about music therapy in stroke rehabilitation, understand. Thank you!!!
Love you! You are saving my neurology test! ❤️
I can't tell you how incredibly helpful your videos are. Thank you!
most easiest explaination ever. i mean i dont have enough words to show my gratitude. your informative videos actually save my ass.

Not only do you explain it SO well but also you get as excited about teaching it as I do learning about it. So really thank you so much!!
Seriously AWESOME video!! I love that you ask questions that allow me to pause the video and think. So great and sending to friends in my class.
i love your videos, straight to the point unlike other people who make 1 hour video just to explain 1 tract.
Sending You a lot of love from Croatia

You are saving my life here. Thank you so so much 🙏🏼
Ninja nerd, you 're such a good teacher!! All of your physiology videos are incredibly helpful. Concerning this corticospinal tracts section, a video on muscle tone (dynamic and tonic nuclear bag fibers, muscular reflex) would be even more helpful! Thanks a lot!
U r one of the best teacher ive ever seen in my life keep going you r PERFECTTTTTTTTT☆☆☆☆☆
It´s a pleasure to listen to you. Very helpful explanations. Thank you!
You’re gonna be the reason I pass neuroanatomy in grad school, man. You’re so amazing 😭😭😭😭

You're keeping my grad school career afloat. THANK YOU
This is the best explanation I've gotten on this topic. And really, I enjoyed it, thank You and God bless You
Thanks for explaining the CST so nicely. It helps me clarify a majority of concepts regarding the role of brain and spinal cords for motor actions. This understanding will help me designing the brain-robot interface based rehabilitation interventions for poststroke functional recovery.
Loved it.. 😍😍😍 u r a life savior...got my exams tomorrow amazing simple way of explaining.. Tq tq tq
Good stuff. Excellent illustrations and explanations. I've been having difficulty grasping these concepts from the books but these illustrations make them a lot simpler. Great work.
He explains everything so clearly that I Wouldn’t have further doubts ….awesome
This video seems to be very helpful to me. All the structure were explained so clearly and easily. Thanks for the video.

OMG!ive never understood this concept until i watched ur video, this is a big help to me, im gonna report this..thank you 💜
You’re a gem. Thankyou for making this so much easier. Truly, truly indebted!
Hey! Thanks soooo much for your videos. They're always so detailed and well explained!! Only in this vid I think you left out one crucial element: the fact that the ventral corticospinal tract has a bilateral ending. That's why unilateral brain lesions only affect movement of the limbs and not the axial muscles! But thanks a lot man, you're really helping people out!
You saved my life (and my neurology exam)! Thank you very much!
Thank you for that video Zach. It was very informative and just what I needed. Appreciate your work!
Just letting you know you’re basically teaching me every complicated topic that I need to learn for my neurophysiology boards so thank you for basically saving me lol
Very helpful overview to pre-read. I also love how you present; your smiling face reassures me :D
