Wow, this is so interesting! It helps me understand the mechanics behind the different issues I'm facing because of diet choices and my ability to absorb different types of nutrients. Another part that is of great interest to me is how the different pathways interact with each other. I know this is just touching the surface of the interactions, but it gives me a mental model to formulate and reason with.
