Hi Van, This is Dave, the owner of Nettle Net BOAT POOL. Thanks for reviewing the pool! The pools have been helping people swim without jellyfish for more than 40 years. A couple simple tips to make the pool work a lot better for you. First, please put more air into the pool. It looked like you got a real work out for your biceps pumping up the pool. Please use your foot on the foot pump, you will be able to get air into it faster, and you will be able to get more air into it. You want to get as much air into the float ring as possible. The ring will become circular and more rigid and will hold its shape better. A firm pool is a happy pool. You cannot over-inflate the ring with the foot pump. Second, if you can please set your swim ladder into the pool and use your line to secure the pool to the ladder. Third, the calmer the anchorage the better the pool will behave. From your video it looks like there is quite a bit of wind at your location. Try to find a calm creek or cove, the pool will work a lot better. Finally, before inflating the pool unravel it as much as possible on your swim platform. The air will flow into the pool easier and faster and you are less likely to get kinks in the ring.
