Yeah, your website didn't provide anything either. If the machine and coffees weren't so good you guys would suck harder. How do you expect novice homeowners to know coffee shop etiquette then be upset when you are called to task.

Thanks for your contact, Ted. We used Ice Forte for the Black Coffee Over Ice, though we would also recommend trying other options such as Melozio and Stormio. For the Iced Latte we used Ice Leggero, though again we'd also recommend other options such as Double Espresso Chiaro and Double Espresso Scuro. ​@@jenniferhembree2465of course not, coffee needs to brew with hot water, it's not instant coffee. Just put ice in the cup before brewing and top with water syrup or milk

But, I was taught nothing. I mean, it looks neat though. But I wanted maybe a lesson? I have this machine and I still do not know how to do this. I know I can though. Thanks…

Hold down till light is blue on the foam maker for cold foam

I'm confused, will the machine recognize the "iced coffee" pods and not pour it hot? Wouldn't the hot water melt the ice instantly and water down the coffee?

I think they make the iced coffee pods stronger as with milk and ice added, it still has a very deep coffee taste.

I just spoke to their customer support because I had the same question, they said "all our machines brew only hot coffee, we invite you to add ice and cold milk to make delicious iced coffees". So it's just branded as being intended for use for iced coffee, but nothing is different on the machine or brewing side.

@@jonrae765 I was disappointed a little bit with these pods but what I've done now is that I just let the coffee cool and maybe put it in a fridge for a while too. Then I add ice cubes and milk and it's perfect. But it's quite frustrating to wait for so long to get my ICE coffee and not just a semi cool coffee in which all the ice has melted before I take the first sip.

I think they cared more about aesthetics rather than informing us. We bought these btw and our Vertuo doesn’t even brew them!

It tells you the ml it produces on the side of the boxes and online. For example there’s 230ml in melozio but for double espresso dolce is 80ml

I love my machine but is there a way to make my iced coffee or latte come or less watery? I used to use breville barista express and the latte weren’t watery

I was gonna ask the same thing. The coffee is burning hot and melts the ice, by the time it gets nice and cold the coffee is watered down

@@SuperCheesyMan exactly, it destroy the coffee, you get a watery coffee with no taste. Adding milk is also a disaster, I just want cold coffee, not some sort of coffee flavoured milk

I have to make the coffee separate, wait for it to cool then add ice if you want an actually icy cold coffee. The normal watery coffee this produces as instructed isn't great...

Hi there, this will be cold frothed milk from the Aeroccino 3, you can achieve this by holding down the button on the Aeroccino 3 until it turns blue. It will froth the milk but not heat it so you can enjoy an iced drink. Many thanks!

It comes hot, why Adding ice add also water, destroying the balance between coffee and water from brewing. This is the worst, misleading, capsule this brand ever made
