Ingredients
For Red Beans Dal (Azuki beans)
200g Red beans + 100g Black beans = 300g beans
To boil it :
1 tsp salt
2 bay leaves
½ tsp Turmeric powder
1 liter of water
To season the Dal:
2 cloves of Garlic finely chopped
3 dried Chilies
1 tsp salt or to taste
2 bay leaves
½ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Timur / Sichuan pepper
A little piece of Ginger
Fried Chicken Giblets
1 kg Chicken Giblets
To boil it:
1 tsp Salt
2 Bay leaves
½ tsp Turmeric powder
Some Water
To fry the Giblets
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds
½ tsp Fenugreek seeds
1 medium red Onion
3 cloves of garlic sliced
1 inch of Ginger chopped
½ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Chili powder
2 spring Garlic
2 small tomatoes Chopped
10 to 15 red Chilies
One handful of spring coriander
1 tsp salt or to taste
2 Bay leaves
1 tbsp lemon Juice

    About salt. Nowadays i use Himalia salt. Its more pure. No naturium substances. Good advice for everybody i think 😎
