In order for places to remain well preserved, they need to be used. That's something many well-intentioned people don't understand. All material things will wear away anyway, but even an ordinary house will crumble faster if nobody is living there.

Jacob the fricken trash at historic sites and in nature just PISSES ME OFF too! Thank you for encouraging everyone to pick up the garbage. Let's clean up the world together! I LOVE walking labyrinths. Walking meditations are powerful in labyrinths. I hope we have one on the land at the Hall someday! Fun little series. I hope you do more! ❤

Thank you for cleaning it up Jacob. That kind of thing breaks my heart. Years ago I had a dog trained to jump out of my canoe and swim over to rocks and cliffsides to gaher the trash I couldn't get to, and bring it back to me for disposal. He was a great dog!

I'd keep up with the "wee" little video series. Thoroughly enjoyed it, especially your take on cleaning out the rubbish and the labyrinth. Was perfect length as I sat here eating my breakfast at my desk. Kept my attention, but then there was nothing in this video that I don't love and enjoy. I bet that labyrinth had a fantastic energy. I knew they could have magic but didn't understand til I finally walked one a few months back.

Big thumbs up for removing all the crap left by idiots...pisses me off too, whenever I find rubbish at an ancient site I take it away in a carrier bag. Mostly left there by adults who should know better. Otherwise, great footage of the castle and labyrinth 👍✌

Loved the beautiful scenery and your ponderings on the history of the site. I too pick up people's trash when I'm walking, most notably in a park local to me. There are some very spiritual vibes in that area that draw me, and some very old trees that I love, and it irks me to see garbage throughout the area. I always bring a bag with me to collect it and it always ends up full. 🫤

hi Jacob, i love your videos and like you i am a pagan but i am having a hard time to find a pagan pantheon to convert to so if this is okay with you can you make long videos each about Norse, Celtic, Slavic, Finnish, Baltic paganism for newcomers who want to convert to paganism like me, videos that will be about: 1 the creation story 2 gods 3 mythical creatures 4 how those people view the world back than 5 festivals 6 culture and traditions 7. mythical realms thank you and have a good day.

I have covered the Norse mythology extensively on this channel before. With a faire amount of Celtic as well. Just one man over here and I definitely don’t know everything. But I’d say there are many videos in my catalogue going back years that’ll help you 👍🏻
