Neighbor BREAKS His Mower & REFUSES To Replace It

Ойын-сауық

I saw this overgrown property and decided to stop by and see what's going on with it. The homeowner answered and told me that he let his neighbor borrow his mower, and the neighbor broke it. The neighbor didn't even offer to replace it. Now, I'm not sure which neighbor borrowed it, but either way, he needs to replace what he broke. That is part of the deal when you "borrow" anything from anybody. You break it, you buy it. So I offered to clean up his entire overgrown lawn for him, along with edging his sidewalks. I hope that they resolve that issue, so that way the owner of the property can get back to keeping his lawn maintained.

Amazing transformation Fill ! I agree 💯 that the neighbor needs to owe up to his mistake and replace or fix the broken lawn mower. His neighbor was nice enough to loan him his equipment. I would hate to see a feud go on over this! Doing the right thing is not always fun or cheap but fixing something you accidentally broke is your responsibility! Like the bible says about loving and repecting your neighbor and their goods. I pray that the neighbor does the right thing and gets it fixed!

Maybe you could help the nice neighbor get a lawn mower that's Maybe rebuilt at a good price.

Very nice job.....i quit mowing because of the heat...was tired of doing all of my accounts without help....and when i got help, they broke new equipment all the dang time. Gave the business to my son and he didn't even go out to mow one lawn in his new business i gave him..said it was too much work. I agree it is sometimes hard to do even 2 jobs on a 98 degree day. All of my accounts called me wanting to know where I was...none-the-less. I'm from omaha, ne. "The corn cob state" , lol...and cows mostly... meat packing plants, slaughter houses etc. You would have a great time here mowing, low income homes...most don't even own a mower...

I've always been impressed with the care and effort you put into your work. I also follow some others who are not nearly as meticulous in their work but are still a blessing to those they help out. At 68 and retired, I have to take the work only a bit at a time here at home as my energy is somewhat limited due to some health issues. I've learned a lot from your videos, and it helps me maintain my own lawn. Haters will always be with us, ignore them as they are not worth worrying about. Step saver tip; Always try to work towards your clipping container as opposed to working away and coming back again and again. If you can push towards the container instead of individual shovel trips it will save steps too. It was a great video and well worth watching.

Did a broken mower account for the overgrown edges on the sidewalks and curbs? Whatever the problem, you did your usual neat job and helped another person in need. God bless!

You are reminding me of some "good neighbor" guidelines. Don't borrow something you can't replace. Don't lend something you can't afford to lose. Don't ask to borrow a person's livelihood or survival, their tools. An exchange for time or a gift of time is probably better. The sharp edge on the lawn is already making a visual difference, as well as restoring lost sidewalk space from overgrowth. You had said that an undone edge requires multiple cuts to look good. This apparently was a Five Passes property by the end. At 15:15, we have both an undone edge and a good view of a long sharp edge for that home. Looking nice, and it isn't even mowed yet. Glad that you caught the dump bucket was weighing enough it was getting into trouble, and how to relieve it. You are adding back 1/5 or 1/4 of the sidewalks width. A pretty renewal for the home.

5:00 something to think about, when working on a busy street like this, you probably want to work towards traffic, that way you can see oncoming cars and trucks. Great transformation, I'm sure the homeowner was very happy.

Fill you are one only guy who does the edging to perfection. I mean you will do the edging 3 - 4 times to make sure the line is really straight to perfection. And you will shovel the soil all the way while edging. Most of the lawn guys will kick the soil away. That really makes your professionalism stands out. Keep it up ya. Watching you all the way from Malaysia. Fill boleh!!
