Omg!! I bet the neighbors appreciated more than the property owner!!!

Keep up the good work! You do the best you can with the equipment you have. As your experience grows, your channel will grow and you will be able to get all of the equipment you need.

There are a couple of things that I like to see on the lawn transformation videos - trim the hedges below the windows - if the property is abandoned or for an elderly person who won't be able to maintain the yard - take out everything that will be overgrown in a short period of time (ask first if there is anything that they would like left on the property i.e. flowers, bushes, trees, etc). Take away any trash that's lying around and don't leave garbage cans right out front. Also, what's been helpful to me, instead of using a rake - use a leafblower - or use the lawn mower to "blow the grass, etc" out to ONE SIDE and then you can maybe use a rake to get the smaller piles picked up. I am so glad to know you are in Houston - lots of places there they will need your help - and with the weather we have - the lawns will be overgrown before you have time to turn around! I know you are going to be great at what you've attempted with your videos. Remember your "fans" want to be kept in the loop about each project - don't "overtalk" on the videos, but stay in touch a little bit - slow down a little on the before and after portions of your videos - and maybe when you wrap it up - take time to tell us goodbye!! I will never be able to understand why people let such nice homes set abandoned for years! The yard isn’t the only thing that suffers: the home deteriorates, critters get in and possibly affect the surrounding homes and the neighborhood has to bear the brunt. If someone still lived there, hopefully, they would be able to take care of everything or hire someone to help. Many people think the neighbors should step in and help, but everyone is so busy with their own lives they often have enough on their plates! Thank God for people like y’all who take it upon themselves to help others!

Many reasons. Person dies. Going through court takes years, if plans not made. Family don't care. Just take what they want. If city ignores it they can just keep fining them.until they can just take it. Medicare takes the houses of people in nursing homes. Could be the takeover time. It is so crazy when housing is so expensive. But. Capitalism- rather let it sit and rot than let someone put it to good use.

i had to get out of truckin ,because of type 2 diabetes , so i to been tryin to take care of my neighborhood , starting with curb to sidewalk . i got a push lawn mower donated to me ,which i took first to the lawn care 4 maintance first had a service done ,changing oil and all and had a new blad put on . and i am lookin 4 weedwacker and edger and blower , i know it will come soon i just need 2 wait .

Besides a cheap machete, suggest also a narrow scoop long handle shovel and a metal leaf rake!

With better equipment I think you all will do good. Those jobs are not push mowers type of jobs. You need a good riding mower. If this is your first time doing this, not bad.

❤ Hey guys, you have the RIGHT IDEA of what your doing, But , friendly advice, might wanna walk the property 1st thing and see what ALL your going to encounter and REMOVE them and the Trash items, get that OUT of the way, NEXT, I would DEFINITELY think about purchasing a HARD EDGER to do the Edging, make it easier, don't make it harder than it needs to be, just saying, don't get me wrong, Your really good with the string trimmer, But the hard edger will get you those CRISPIER LINES , and if you have the funds, get a reasonable standon or Zero turn mower to do these lawns, don't over work yourself with a push mower if you don't have to, work SMARTER NOT HARDER to get the job done and still look good, CYA NEXT TIME 👍✌️🚜🌞🔥🔥😎 and OFCOURSE KEEP CUTTIN IT UPPPPP

Exactly. Why can't the ones on each side take half? Neighbors woukd rather try to get someone else to do it. My neighbors are very bad. They know I was in a bad accident buy not one offers to help. It takes me at least 4 days to cut mine. I can only do one part then.wait till it doesn't hurt as much. Usally involves several pain pills. They come our jump on their rider, cur their grass in an hour, and tgen go back in. Guy, next time does not go 1 inch away from the property line. No real men around here. I think the property lines are wrong too. Mine is bigger. If it was before the drunk kop totalled my vehicle and destroyed my life, I would be out there helping. The neighbors have to look at it. It increases insects and snakes. And crime. Just do it!

@@Lopezmowing I would say the most important thing y’all can do to stand out is go beyond. Pretend it is your own yard and you want it to be the best on the block. Attack each project with a full transformation. Grass, pruning shrubs, hand weed if needed, haul off all debris unless your city picks up cuttings on a routine basis, crisp edges around all concrete. I think y’all need some good tools to begin this journey and be successful. If you’ll watch some of the suggested businesses you’ll get a lot of tips of your trade. When you post it would be suggested to speed up your videos too. Don’t show you sweeping with your weed eater . It’s sickening to watch. Keep going guys you’ll be successful! I just couldn’t sit here and tell you what a great job when there is clearly room for improvement. We all have to lovingly find a way to help each other to be their best! Bless you both!

Barbara, Something else that should be pointed out! Lots of home owners say NO! They do not want their yard all chopped up and their flowers and expensive plants mowed down by by inexperienced new mow people! Nowadays most people with nice lawns want clippings to be bagged up!

It would be faster if you have a catcher in your mower saves time and easily get rid of debris

You guys are somewhat confused! First thing on a site should walk the site to find any big obstacles then get a empty trash can and walk and pickup as much trash and debris as possible! Houston has curb side heavy trash pickup for free once a week! Debris goes to ditch or curb! next with a cheap hand machete go around and chop down sucker trees and vine encased brush and weeds! Carefull not to chop flowers and fruit bushes and fruit trees! then mow grass ending with weedeater edges! You boys need to spend some time on you tube to see AL Bladez or blessing boys or midlife stockman to see how it is done!

Looks like you don't know what you're doing! Another KZreadr that skipped the back yard. You had me laughing watching you trying to push the lawnmower. You did okay with the weed trimmer on the grass. But I was laughing watching you trying to use the trimmer on the Bushes and small trees.

Hey guys u look like rookies out there,l already pointed out a couple things that u had done wrong 1.make sure u take the time to pick up all the trash and remove anything that might be in your way 3.get a better mower,that's old school 4.remove all the veins off the walls,doors or any where else that be growing.4.remove all the grass from between the concrete 5.be extra careful of other plants,such as rose brushes,flowers or even hedges 6.and take time to watch and learn off the other guys,who being doing this for a long time Al.Blaze,Ab in clean the city,the judganut and his father,SB mowing,the blessing boys u can learn ot from those boys or men.l'm not trying to hurt your feelings,I'm trying to help u out,oh! one thing try to make look alittle bet more neater as well as organize good luck.

I appreciate the hard work, but could you please use actual English in your subtitles? It honestly turns me off from the content, which is pretty much the opposite of what you want. I'm sorry if it sounds mean or snobby, because I respect don't mean it that way. I just think you have good content but the intro makes it sound like you are just fooling around.
