It continues to amaze me at the difference you make to local properties. The transformation from shaggy, overgrown lumps of green into crisply defined, edged and manicured vistas of green. I attempted to donate to your coffee kitty, was unable to leave a comment and will try again if it doesn’t hit my Discover card. Thanks to you and these videos I summoned the courage to replace a 29 year old lawn tractor with a zero turn beast. I watch your handling technique and attempt to learn from your actions. @@leonardomigot4040 Leo, good point, what difficulties are the chores to removing and sharpening those blades? It must be an hours work with knowledge to do so and diligence to do so on a regular basis. Seems to me 4 to 5 hours a year just on the blades. Now, lets think about the hours and hours of tune-ups and cleanings of the hand power tools. To me, per job at least one hour per job in maintaining the tools. Another folks forget is the one hour plus dumping the debris. What do you think, leonardo migot

Bless you for what you do. It never ceases to amaze me how neighbors will allow yard to get so funky. It devalues everyone’s homes. My Dad always was helping the neighbors with mowing and snow blowing and anything else they needed, including car engine repairs. Never asked for anything in return. Like him, you are someone to be looked up to and emulated.

How beautiful his yard looks! All the brick walk ways are stunning!

This is my favorite for sure

Mushroom is edible and lucky to find in your yard! It's a morel mushroom looks to be yellow or gray great fried! I love them and many people do! Great job with the Yard work and sidewalk and the parking spot FYI a lot of older houses had that lil bit of grass left in-between I don't know why but they did many year's ago.

You did it again , by yourself, such an amazing job with good heart for people in need, we enjoyed your Fil s channel, more blessings for you always

man good on you. we need more like you. volunteering your time and resources most people wont even look at you if there's nothing in it for them. seriously, you're awesome. yeah yeah you get to make a youtube video but you could also charge for the time but you dont. A+ in my book. That weed eater is no joke. just gobbles everything. its awesome

People like you are a true blessing. We all fall on hard times and it's good to know there are good people still out there willing to help those in need. Love the work that you're doing. Would love to see a follow up video to see if he ever saved enough to get a lawn mower.

even though the grass is too high, it is lush and green.... AND the sunlight dancing on the ground through the trees is a bonus.. I love shadows. this is one of my favorites you have done. Very entertaining and relaxing way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

I’ve looked at a lot of KZread videos of guys doing free lawn makeover, but I’ve never seen one as meticulous as you. You did an awesome job.

Wonderful transformation. Your aim, when you throw that sod onto the piles, is quite amazing.

If you would've told me 2 years ago, that watching yard transformation is better than some movies in a theater. I would be laughing in your face. I had to pause another video to watch this, that says a lot about your you. Be true to yourself, the right people will watch you as well as you are helping the right people. You're in my top 5 of yard transformation specialist. Always amazed at how care you put into your transformation. Another excelllllent yard transformation completed, :-) :-) :-).

If get it wrong identifying the mushroom it can come with deadly consequences. My two bits worth- unless you are with an experienced mushroom picker it’s probably best not to touch. Become well educated before picking and consuming. Good job helping another person in need!

With so much stuff being battery power now, it makes things very easy for everyone. Some trimmers you just replace the head with a pre filled cartridge so no winding string or anything. Good luck

Fantastic transformation! It is very sad that renters are charged astronomical rents that don't include lawn/yard care. It's obvious from all the work you have done that that outside area has been in a bad state for more than one winter. There's very few landlords out there that actually care about their tenants. Thank the Lord there are people like you Fill who are so happy to help out in the neighbourhood.

@Julie Love two sides to every story is the rental inside in similar condition, requiring major reno when tenant bolts I'm no landlord, but landlord needs to save for catastrophic repairs i.e.- meth lab destruction and health dept rehab demands pride of home cures all.

Nothing brings the look of a house back better than a nice crisp edging. Great video buddy 👍 👏

Suggestion.... Ride your mower over beside a tall bush or tree and stand on top of it to trim high branches or tree limbs!

This home is now absolutely beautiful! Fill, you've outdone yourself again!

I can tell that you love what you do. No matter what you just cant stand it any longer to see someone's yard suffering and screaming your name out loud for help. On top of that you did it for free. Now that's huge! The work looks great!

I actually love this transformation. The ground is actually green! Usually all you guys mow it down to the dirt. Which I don't think is a good look. But I figured there had to be a reason for that if everyone was doing it.

Geez, that's an issue anytime you get involved in any kind of "charity." A real turn off. I used to volunteer with an organization that helped older people get to the store, etc. And some of the people were wonderful, but others were actually demanding! Blew my mind and turned me off of volunteering.

I agree. Even getting a used mower would help keep the yard in good condition. The landlord could also split the landscaping rate with the renter is another idea. That bush on the front could be more shaped into a tree form it is so tall.

That was such a huge transformation. It looks so much better. It's amazing how much a little edging makes to top off a mowing job.

And once you do the hard initial part, it's very easy afterwards to maintain.
