I have recently subscribed as I have a lifelong interest in history and castles are part of it. I happen to have a book that has a very detailed account of this castle and the filming and commentary just brought it all to life!! Little has changed since the book was published over 50 years ago, and it looks a very nice cosy and homely place. A very interesting castle and these videos make you want to make the long journey north to visit.
