In Breach of Duty case: Ramesh Nayak V. UOI, Isn't Ramesh the plaintiff and UOI the defendant, So didn't the plaintiff suffer the injuries due to the defendant's (Post office) negligence?

Burden of proof lies on plantiff unless the maxim res ipsa liquitor applies

Persons is wrong.. person or people.

I think you need to work on your vocab and try to explain things in a better way after clearing YOUR facts, otherwise the video was very acknowledging. :)
